Juan Milanes is one of the top bankruptcy lawyers in Northern Virginia. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. He uses is experience as a former Federal prosecutor to fight back when debt collectors try to do illegal things to his clients. A year or so ago he won an especially important case saying the forms used to speed up Florida foreclosures violated the bankruptcy law.
