William and his associates provided me with the assistance I needed when I found myself looking for someone who could defend me and keep me safe from false claims and allegations. Once you get chance to observe the competition you will see that their is no equal when it comes to getting the job done. I would not recommended any other than William D Ashwell and his associates based off of what they did for me and the reputation that precedes them .

Expert in Traffic/speeding cases (DUI)

William is an expert in his field of law. Very professional and honest from the beginning, giving accurate assessments based off the details provided to him about your case. While he gave me worst case scenario from the beginning to prepare myself, he did his research into the case and built a solid ...defense based off the details provided. He was careful to take into consideration the DA and judge my case was presented in front of and advised me based on information gathered on how to proceed. William was prepared with documentation and examples of other cases. He was aware of laws from within and outside of the state, enabling him to better illustrate his argument. During the trial, he was incredibly attentive to all information being provided. He had a counter argument for multiple areas of my case, and while the first 3 were not sustained, they were all leading up to a final argument that was ultimately the deciding factor in my case. All done without him or the DA asking me to take the stand. Overall, I recommend William to anyone in this situation, or for any of his other areas of expertise. He is knowledgeable and will do his best to provide you the service required.

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY

William Ashwell is an EXCELLENT attorney. He is extremely intelligent, professional, and diligent and has done a magnificent job advocating my interests. Extremely Intelligent, Most Competent and Ethical

Mr. Ashwell is an OUTSTANDING ATTORNEY. Extremely Intelligent, Most Competent and Ethical in every regard. He immediately discerned what my family's goal was in this case of guardianship and conservatorship. As in cases of this nature, the goal in this case was to gain access and take over the respo...nsibility and management of my father's estate. I am a military spouse who has lived the majority of my adult life outside of the Continental United States. Unbeknownst to me, my father had his legal documents processed privately with his attorney 14 years ago. As stated by my father's attorney in court, I was not present when my father made his decisions with regards to his power of attorney and last will and testament, etc. Mr. Ashwell contacted my dad's attorney who also testified in court on my father's behalf. Unbeknownst to me, my father had his legal documents processed privately with his attorney 14 years ago. Mr Ashwell is kind calm and composed

Mr Ashwell was helpful and kind during a difficult time with my son. He did a very good job for his client and helped the entire family with a lot of uncertainty.
