I reached out to this law firm based on great recommendations that were given to me. A couple of weeks before my court date, I had reached out to the firm and was assigned with Rachel Robinson. She was very easy to talk to, both over the phone and in person. One thing that I really appreciated was that she gave me pretty realistic results on how the case could go based on the approaches she wanted to take. Finally, on (09/17/2019) Rachel Robinson represented me in court. I had a tricky case, and we were in court for nearly 2 hours! Ms. Robinson was a tigress in court to say the least. She came prepared with all the receipts (evidence). My favorite tactic she used was bringing up older cases that were very similar to mine. She used these other cases as an example/guideline on how my case should turn out. Another thing I noticed was that she did not hesitate to object any false/inaccurate statements. I felt that I was given an attorney who was very knowledgable in my cases background and other cases similar to mine. To me this is someone who gave 110%. All in all, Ms. Robinson was able to have my case dismissed. I could not have chosen a better lawyer, Thank you Rachel!!
Rachel knew and was comfortable with the subject material, and shared that with me, putting me at ease. She obtained a favorable outcome in the matter. Working with her was a pleasure.
I have handled over a thousand criminal cases -- litigating each one with careful precision. It is important to me that my clients understand each step in the process and feel well-guided. There are no dumb questions.
Extensive experience with cases involving Refusal, DUI/DWI, DUI Drugs, Driving with a DUI Revoked License and the constitutional and scientific issues related to those cases. I also help clients obtain Restricted Operators Licenses.
I have appealed cases from the Circuit Court to the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Virginia. Appellate work can be nuanced and tricky, but I enjoy the process and have enjoyed my time arguing before those Courts.
Rachel Robinson is a proud former Senior Public Defender and graduate of Baylor University and Pepperdine University School of Law.
Rachel served on the Board of the Loudoun County Bar Association as a Board Member and as its President. Rachel is also a past President of the Virginia Women Attorneys Association (VWAA) and a Past President of the of the Loudoun Chapter of the VWAA.  She also served the community as Chair and Co-Chair of the Thomas D. Horne Leadership in the Law Program for rising high school seniors in Loudoun, Fauquier, and Rappahannock. Rachel also volunteers with the Arc of Loudoun and the Loudoun Disability Response Team.Â
Rachel has argued cases in the General District Court, Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court, Circuit Court, Court of Appeals of Virginia, and the Supreme Court of Virginia. Rachel is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
