After receiving a speeding ticket in Leesburg, Virginia, I decided to hire Mr. Mark Earley Sr. as my legal counsel. A speeding ticket was issued to me because I was speeding and since I am out of town, I was not really familiar with certain of the driving regulations in Virginia. Mark was very excel...lent at explaining everything to me. Mark worked with me from the very beginning, and he was very thorough and meticulous about what needed to be done. He argued on my behalf in court and secured for me the most favorable verdict possible, which stipulated that nothing would be noted on my driving record and that I would be required to pay just a very modest fine in addition to the court expenses. When it comes to his rates, they are extremely fair and not too expensive. In the event that you have been issued a speeding ticket in Virginia, I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Earley. I enjoyed dealing with Mr. Earley, but I really hope that we won't have to work together again in the future for the obvious reasons! lol

I can’t express enough, my gratitude and appreciation for the work that Mark Earley did with my case. He was very kind, genuine as well as direct and to the point. My case had gone on for literally almost 2 years. Mark was my 2nd attorney due to after a year of case continuations my case had to be ap...pealed and it required a new Lawyer. When I say I was beyond please with Mr Earley's professionalism, his ability to explain my charges clearly and percisely and his honesty on the best case/ worst case scenarios resulting possible outcomes of my case, thats an understatement. The fact that Mr Earley Sr. took the time to send me a list ...of things I should bring to court to be prepared and help my case was phenomenal. Being from outside of VA, I had trust issues with lawyers from other states, but Mr Earley was very knowledgeable about VA laws, as well as having expertise on traffic, DUI, DWI and speeding charges.
