Excellence

I was pulled over in Virginia for speeding by a police officer on a Friday morning. I was ticketed with a criminal charge of reckless driving. I was going to represent myself but decided wisely to hire Mark L. Earley, Sr. Mr. Earley advised and communicated with me regularly. He recommende...d I complete the NTSI Advanced Driver Improvement Course online and have my speedometer calibration done. My appearance and trial in the Loudoun General District Court was on the morning of April 26, 2024. Mr. Mark L. Earley, Sr. drove up from Richmond, Virginia to meet me at the Court on my trial day. The total trial time was less than 20 minutes that day. The criminal charge was reduced and amended to civil traffic infraction of speeding. Results matter and I was extremely pleased with it.

Excellent representation!

Mark stayed in constant communication on my case. I did not think I had a chance of reducing my reckless to a civil infraction, but Mark did it! Would hire again, but will slow down to ensure I do not have to!

Best Lawyer EVER!

Spoke with Mark when I got a speeding ticket back in July and he gave me some advise and continued my case instead of me prepaying the ticket. This was great advice and now my car insurance will not go up and my charges were dropped!!! Only court fees!! Thanks again, Mark you are the BEST!
