After consulting with Mr. Bonita and knowing his experience as a former prosecutor, police offer, and professor I was extremely impressed with his creditinals. After speaking with lawyers I had a rough idea of what my sentence would be so I wasn't to shocked. However, I don't feel that he would be th...e go to lawyer for anything more complicated than a dui or reckless driving charge. During sentencing I was shocked that when 2 more months were added to my suspended driving license time. In jail every inmate wanted to ask the name of my attorney so that they would know who to behave. During my interview I was even more shocked when the deputy asked why hadn't my lawyer put in an application for my restricted driving license. At least for more complicated charges or multiple charges I would avoid Mr. Boneta.
