I was accused of assaulting a family member. There were extenuating/mitigating circumstances. Mr Francescon analyzed the charges and developed a strategy that included negotiations with the prosecutor and interviewing the police officer and others involved in the case. As he predicted, the case was dismissed.

This is how Mr. Francescon handled my son's case and treated my son and our family throughout the whole process, despite many difficult points along the way, he remained steadfast, calm, resourceful, and respectful with one goal in mind; the benefit of his client, my son. There were last minute unforeseen circumstances that upturned the case and could have brought devastating outcomes to both my son and the family but Mr. Francescon did everything in his power to overcome the challenges and brought the case around, to the best outcome possible in light of how minimal my son's options were. My son, myself and our family will always be indebted to Mr. Francescon and highly recommend him, he is both professional and honorable.

I was recently charged with “reckless driving” in Fairfax, VA for exceeding the speed limit by more than 20 MPH. This charge is a Class- 1 misdemeanor punishable by up to 6 months in jail and a 2,500 fine. Needless to say I took these charges very seriously and went with the best lawyer I could find -Pete Francescon . A George Mason University Law School graduate (with highest honors), 10 years’ of first-rate court experience and the leadership acquired as a Marine Corps officer sealed the deal for me.
My trust was not misplaced. Pete was very professional throughout the stressful process of building my defense case. He was meticulous, thorough and explained all my options clearly. By the time my court case arrived I had complete confidence in his abilities to represent me and my situation to the court. The case was resolved in my favor --- (a significantly lesser charge being applied). I directly attribute my success to Pete’s preparation and his credibility with the court. A lawyer with unquestioned integrity I highly recommend him and his team of Pro’s.
