Matthew Davis is an attorney with a wealth of practical and professional experience. Matthew spent almost ten years in education as a teacher, curriculum designer, coach, and mentor before attending law school. Working with students and families over the years has afforded Matthew the opportunity to be an advocate for people as well as cultivate a better understanding of the complexities and challenges people face every day. Matthew has an undergraduate degree in Education with concentrations in History, Science and Theology, as well as a Master of Arts in Classical Studies & Christianity and Culture.
While in law school Matthew served as the Vice-President of the Regent University Virginia Bar Association Law School Council (2016-17), as a Board Member and Mentor on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board (2016-17), and as the Executive Director of Internal Affairs on the Virginia Bar Association Law School Council (2015-16). Matthew has traveled the nation speaking on a wide range of legal, national and international topics including education, national and international human rights, human trafficking, classical philosophy, political and religious liberty, and legal scholarship.
Matthew represents clients in divorce, child custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, special education, student & educational discipline, educational administration hearings, and traffic matters in local northern Virginia courts including Prince William, Fauquier, Loudoun, Fairfax, Alexandria, and Arlington County.
EDUCATION - J.D. from Regent University School of Law, M.A. from Knox Theological Seminary, and B.S. from Toccoa Falls College.
