Excellent Legal Firm

So satisfied with this firm.They walked me through the process step by step and each and every person I spoke to here was kind, and knowledgeable and professional.They are pros at what they do. One may hope they never need a lawyer, but if you do, David Dischley is there for you. Okay that rhymed and I sound like an infomercial but my experience with his entire company was above par. His staff was always there, keeping me informed, ensuring I had done everything I needed to do, communicat...ing whenever needed. David himself was available any time needed. The availability and communication was exceptional. They also know this area and everyone in it, helping them best navigate the legal process. I would 100% use Dischley's firm again (though I hope I never need to). I'm very grateful for him and his team.

Excellent defense attorney!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Dischley Law. I would absolutely and without hesitation recommend David Dischley for any criminal or traffic matter you may unfortunately encounter. I received nine solicitations for representation via mail from attorn...eys. Most in my opinion were poorly written and none impressive or compelling. Would recommend and use again!

David and Nicole were great and helped ensure that a Virginia reckless driving charge left no trace on my record, which is exactly what I was hoping for. David was quick to respond to my inquiry, transparent about costs, and provided additional information on the outcome when requested. Nicole ha...ndled the admin side of things and was also super helpful and responsive. Overall, I'd recommend Dischley Law and would definitely use their services again (though hope not to, for obvious reasons ;-)). Thank you!

I retained David Dischley because he was very responsive and attentive to a time sensitive DUI/Driver's License situation. Throughout the entire process of court dates and dealing with county agencies Mr.Dischley, and his assistant Nicole, were very communicative, diligent and aggressive towards cl...osing the case favorably.
