Wonderful Representation

I live out of state and received a ticket in VA while on a business trip. David provided me with great representation and was able to negotiate the ticket to a lower level citation. He is professional, thorough and a great communicator. You can't go wrong using David - and he is also a veteran of ...the Marine Corps.

Highly Recommended

I received a citation for Reckless Driving (General) in Arlington, VA and already had a terrible driving record before that. I had just been taken off of driving probation by the DMV when I received the Reckless Driving ticket so I was a bit worried about the possible ramifications I faced. I spok...e to about 8 different attorneys in the area before deciding to go with Mr. Dischley. His credentials more than speak for his ability to get the job done. He was quick to respond every time I reached out to him before the trial date and he explained in great detail every single one of our possible options in dealing with the case. He explained what he thought was the best course of action and made sure that I understood exactly what that would mean for me and made sure that it was the route I wanted to take. He works in the Arlington area quite often I believe so he knew a lot about the judges we would be facing and how they usually handled these types of cases, but I would not hesitate to hire him in other areas as well after the experience I had with him. I highly encourage you to at least give him a call and speak to him regarding your case if you are trying to find a lawyer to represent you.

Outstanding

We achieved a phenomenal result of getting a DWI 2nd offense within 5 years reduced to a reckless driving and getting the Reckless Driving by Speed Charge dismissed. This had me worried sick due to my career and needing to drive from job to job. Thanks to Dave the charge was reduced to something I ca...n live with. Professional and Effective

After a lapse in attention on the highway, I found myself with an appointment in traffic court. From initial contact over a weekend to court resolution a couple months later, David kept me informed, provided advise on actions I needed to take and made my case to the prosecutor before presentation to... the judge.
