Knowledgeable and Wise - Helps you decide if you need an Attorney

There are times you need an attorney. Sometimes you just need information. David works with you to figure out what you really need. I was looking for information to get out of a ticket back in 2019. I asked several attorneys, but David's honesty and sincerity helped me work with the prosecutor in... the case on the day of my hearing and it allowed me to reduce my minor traffic ticket to a non-moving violation. I would recommend him and his firm for all your traffic ticket needs as his work can save your driving record from getting unneccesary dings on it.

Professional, knowledgeable and very personable

David Dischley did a great job advocating for me before the judge and tried to get the best outcome when discussing my case with the prosecutor. Given all the circumstances surrounding my case and the factors of my Reckless Driving ticket, Mr. Dischley was able to negotiate an outstanding final judgm...ent on my charge. Things could have gone terribly for me in court had it not been for the professionalism, knowledge and a genuine compassion for myself and my family. He gave me incredible insight and suggestions to help with my case and gave me some homework to help with my defense. Great experience and I highly recommend his services to anyone who has found themselves in a difficult spot from making a mistake.

Excellent, excellent experience

I hired Mr. Dischley following an underage alcohol offense in Arlington, VA. He seemed very experienced in this field. He advised how to prepare my defense for the court date such as getting alcohol counseling and preemptively doing community service. On the court date, Mr. Dischley was very familiar... with the prosecution and had a good rapport with the judge. He was able to negotiate a very favorable deal with the prosecution, avoiding any convictions even though I did not have a great defense. Up to this point, I had established a good relationship with my council and he would have a received a good review/rating, yet what followed really made him excellent to me. In the following years, I went through background checks and security clearances. Whenever I needed him to discuss something, he was just a phone call away and was able to calm my nerves and answer my questions. He did this follow up help free of charge which was surprising and amazing for me. He is always willing to help me as a client even years after my case was resolved. I have no personal connection beyond my case. Mr. Dischley is not only an experienced lawyer who is well versed in the field and skilled in the industry, he is also an exceedingly good person. I would recommend Mr. Dischley to anyone with any traffic, alcohol or drug, or criminal defense in the Virginia area.

The man with a plan! Very professional and knowledgeable!

I take my ethics and profession very seriously, and I hold my self accountable for mistakes I make. After googling for a lawyer, I found the Dishley law firm and was attractive by his military service as well as knowledge within the first responder community.
