Great representation

Mr. Dischley represented our son on DUI and drug possession charges, and subsequently on a violation of probation, and did a wonderful job. On the violation charge, Mr. Dischley successfully argued for no incarceration time and no fine. He demonstrated tremendous patience and kindness to both our son... and to us, and was at all times timely and conscientious in his responses to our many questions. We recommend him highly for criminal defense cases.

PLEASE HIRE DAVID!

The great attorney I've hired. David was awesome through this entire process. I received a reckless driving ticket for 91 mph in a 55 mph zone. David was advising me to do a homework sheet to meet his expectation in order to negotiate with the prosecutor to reduce the charge. I ended up receiving... the speeding violation ticket! 91 on 55 got amended to 85 on 55 due to speed calibration being off in our car. And not even a misdemeanor for 30 over 55! No reckless driving! No criminal offense! Just a speeding violation ticket because I did 39 hours of community service, which really impressed the prosecutor! Result: I only paid a pretty low fine. I am out of the wood! I am so relieved! Please hire David for the reckless driving!!

Mr. Dischely provided everything you could ask for when facing your darkest days. David's law expertise and legal experience enabled him to breakdown the strengths and weaknesses of the case, and then present the most viable options based upon a thorough risk/reward assessment. All this was done and... presented with patience and understanding, but with informed recommendations. Bottom Line: David was able to get one charged dismissed and negotiate a favorable offer that eliminated the possibility of a jail sentence. The value of his representation far exceeded his attorney fee.

He'll definitely save you more than 15%

Great attorney, but moreover, a great person. Mr. Dischley showed genuine care and diligence with my case. I felt well-prepared for my hearing, and he was able to get my charges settled and dismissed. I'd highly recommend him. Although no outcome is guaranteed, one thing I can vouch for is that t...his is an attorney who will try for you, and his rates are more than fair. A Phenomenal Attorney, A Better Person

In what could be your darkest time, you want both a warrior and a confidante-- in David you will find both. He is incredibly wise, not just of the law, but of life. He is never judgmental, willing to think outside the box, and truly compassionate. I spoke to several attorneys, but from the get go, ...I knew David was different, and I was right. My spouse and I got caught up in a huge misunderstanding that resulted in felony criminal charges. We both had tremendous stakes professionally and personally, and the entire incident was incredibly stressful and frightening. Our situation was especially sensitive, since we were both implicated and he was representing both of us. This led to an interesting dynamic, that David handled flawlessly. We spent months engaging him, and I was frequently in awe of him- not only because he provided superior counsel, but because he provided superior compassion as well. David was always quick to respond, and incredibly patient dealing with both of us. He is a truly kind soul and I was so reassured to have him by our side. He's got a very unique way about him, especially as far as attorneys go; his EQ is unparallel. Despite how many years he's been doing this, he hasn't become desensitized to the angst that his clients are enduring, and he never made us feel like we were simply one of many cases (although Ii knew we were! ). He often endured long intense conversations between me and my spouse with tremendous finesse. In the end, David got the felony charges for both of us dismissed. He single handedly altered the course of our fate, and for that, we are eternally grateful. Although I hope I never need to engage David's services again (!), I feel incredibly blessed to have met him and witness him be a master of his craft!
