Best Lawyer

So happy I hired David. Not only did he put in effort and cared about my situation. He called me back directly on a Sunday. He even got me a better deal then what we expected going to court. Dwi & posession class IV

Mr. Dischley was the best choice I had made. I had a blood docket case with a bac of .14 - I consulted with a dozen lawyers in the fairfax county. Out of all of the lawyers and their recommendations prior to court, Mr. dischley knew what he was doing. He saved me time + money on not doing certain th...ings other lawyers strongly suggested. He was able to dismiss BOTH of my charges. He's also very responsive and gets back to you with any questions pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Great!

I reached out to Mr.Dischley after my interlock “failed” (complete BS). He called me back the same day and we spoke on the phone, he thoroughly explained everything to me and how the situation I was in, was a bad situation. I hired him and from that point, he and Samantha explained everything and kep...t me informed with every step. We won in a lose/lose type of situation. I would 100% recommend him!

DWI/DOS

I hired Attorney Dischley for a DWI/DOS case I was facing in Prince William County and I’m utterly satisfied with the result of my case. The DOS was dropped and I was convicted with the DWI but given my circumstances, this was a favorable outcome for me. Rest assured that he will put his best defense..., be very transparent throughout the case, and give clarity on how to proceed after the case is closed. Reckless Speeding Reduced

I got a reckless speeding ticket in VA driving 80 in a 55 driving on Dulles Toll Road (Rte. 267). David Dischley and his team successfully got this ticket reduced down to a normal speeding ticket 64 in a 55. David and his team were always quick to respond to email/calls. David was professional, knowl...edgable, and efficient. I followed the advice he gave me prior to the trial and the ticket got reduced significantly without me having to appear in court on the date of the trial. 10/10, I would recommend David to a friend or would reach out to David again if in need of legal consultation for driving/traffic issue.
