Amazing Attorney

Mr. Dischley is a very trustworthy and efficient attorney. I had a reckless driving ticket and I didn't realize the laws in VA. Mr. Dischley explained the process and took the time to make sure I knew what the laws were and what I could expect. This was all done before I retained him. I had spoken ...to other attorneys and no one took the time with me like he did. He kept me informed and calm, because before talking to him I was a nervous wreck shaking like a leaf. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for walking me through this process and getting me the best results for my situation.

Best in the area

I was looking at some hefty jailtime and felony charge I stressed several time how important it was that it not intervene with my career and not going to jail he made sure that did not happen. I am very thankful that he was able to reduce my charge to misdemeanor. It was a small court in a rural area... where I felt I didn't have much of a chance but thankfully with David's help I was able to come out with less then I was expecting. He is very professional and to the point he does not sugarcoat your situations he will be very honest on what's to come but do everything he can to keep you calm and assure you of what he thinks he can accomplish. I am currently dealing with him on another situation to help gain money taken from me. Even though the case is over he has still awsnered questions and been quick to respond he is a great attorney. I couldn't ask for anymore and he was quick to make sure after the case that I was satisfied with my outcome he genuinely seemed to care about what my feelings were after it was all over. He deserves 5 starts if I could rate higher I would. Thanks again for all your help David! Also would like to note when I consulted with David I had already seen previous lawyers and paid quite large sum of money with no real answers to my case David gave me alot of insight in what was to come free of charge this a really stand up attorney not asking for consultation fees but providing me with real answers with the amount of stress on my shoulders! I say hire him dont look any further.

Very Grateful

David was recommended to me by a colleague for a charge that was completely ridiculous. He was very helpful in explaining the process and what I needed to do and what information to provide. He was very reassuring. The charge was dismissed and he assisted me with the expungement process to have th...e charge removed from my record.

Excellent, down to earth lawyer

I was charged with a DUI in October of 2016. When I reached out to David, we called me within 24 hours. He went over the process, gave me his preliminary opinion of my case, and answered any questions I had. This was even before I hired him! After hiring David, he took care of everything leading up... to the court date, kept me updated with any developments, and always answered any questions I had early the next morning through email. We met once to go over evidence and decide how to proceed ( go to trial, or not). At the courthouse, David had another case before mine, and it went long, overlapping with my scheduled time. He expertly juggled both cases until the first one was resolve. He thought on his feet, constantly monitored the many facets of my case, and reacted quickly when they changed. He looked comfortable in the courtroom and even changed tactics mid-trial to my benefit. My case ended up being dismissed.

Excellent Lawyer!

David is an excellent lawyer! I recently got a reckless speeding ticket going 70 in a 45 mph zone. I was referred to David from a family member that also hired him for a reckless speeding ticket. I called for a consultation and new that he was the guy. He's very polite and very easy to communicate wi...th. If you ever have any questions for him he will answer you in a timely manner. I simply told him about my ticket and he told me not to worry. On my court date, he emailed me with the outcome. It was reduced to failure to obey highway sign - much better than a misdemeanor! I am very pleased with the outcome and with his service. He's very professional and his rate is very fair. I highly recommend him! The family member that referred me to Mr. Dischley was also very pleased with his services!
