DWI/DOS

I hired Attorney Dischley for a DWI/DOS case I was facing in Prince William County and I’m utterly satisfied with the result of my case. The DOS was dropped and I was convicted with the DWI but given my circumstances, this was a favorable outcome for me. Rest assured that he will put his best defense..., be very transparent throughout the case, and give clarity on how to proceed after the case is closed. I will recommend him to anyone whose in need of a criminal defense attorney!

Reckless Speeding Reduced

I got a reckless speeding ticket in VA driving 80 in a 55 driving on Dulles Toll Road (Rte. 267). David Dischley and his team successfully got this ticket reduced down to a normal speeding ticket 64 in a 55. David and his team were always quick to respond to email/calls. David was professional, knowl...edgable, and efficient. I followed the advice he gave me prior to the trial and the ticket got reduced significantly without me having to appear in court on the date of the trial. 10/10, I would recommend David to a friend or would reach out to David again if in need of legal consultation for driving/traffic issue.

A Phenomenal Attorney, A Better Person

In what could be your darkest time, you want both a warrior and a confidante-- in David you will find both. He is incredibly wise, not just of the law, but of life. He is never judgmental, willing to think outside the box, and truly compassionate. I spoke to several attorneys, but from the get go, ...I knew David was different, and I was right. My spouse and I got caught up in a huge misunderstanding that resulted in felony criminal charges. We both had tremendous stakes professionally and personally, and the entire incident was incredibly stressful and frightening. Our situation was especially sensitive, since we were both implicated and he was representing both of us. This led to an interesting dynamic, that David handled flawlessly. We spent months engaging him, and I was frequently in awe of him- not only because he provided superior counsel, but because he provided superior compassion as well. David was always quick to respond, and incredibly patient dealing with both of us. He is a truly kind soul and I was so reassured to have him by our side. He's got a very unique way about him, especially as far as attorneys go; his EQ is unparallel. Despite how many years he's been doing this, he hasn't become desensitized to the angst that his clients are enduring, and he never made us feel like we were simply one of many cases (although Ii knew we were! ). He often endured long intense conversations between me and my spouse with tremendous finesse. In the end, David got the felony charges for both of us dismissed. He single handedly altered the course of our fate, and for that, we are eternally grateful. Although I hope I never need to engage David's services again (!), I feel incredibly blessed to have met him and witness him be a master of his craft! If you want the best by your side, you've found him.

Fantastic Attorney

I hired David after being charged for a dui offense. He was very patient and professional in explaining the process and answering all of my questions. He advocates aggressively for his clients and works to identify any holes in the prosecutions case. As a result of David’s advocacy, we were able t...o get the charges reduced. Stop Looking....Choose David!!

I put 100% of my trust in David and was not disappointed. He took a bad situation and did everything in his power to get the best possible outcome for me.
