Far exceeded my expectations

I hired David Dischley to represent me in my DUI, reckless driving, & refusal to submit to a breathalyzer charges this year and I could not be happier with my decision. I called a few other lawyers and knew as soon as I spoke with him that he was my lawyer even though I never met him in person until ...my first court appearance. Living across the country made things more difficult but David was available every time time I contacted him and always got back to me with answers in a timely manner, at times even caring enough to reassure me that all would be ok. This was, after all, my first time going through any sort of court proceedings. Through this difficult time of unknown and stress, he made sure I knew all of the ways my case could turn out so that I was prepared for all the possible outcomes. What I am most impressed with is the fact that he really listened to me and took into consideration my desired outcome. Although we were presented with a deal at every court appearance, he did not push me to accept anything I wasn't happy with even if it mean coming back to court, which we did a total of 4 times. In the end I never accepted a plea because I was so confident in his knowledge of the court system and opinions as a professional defense (and previously prosecuting) lawyer and I am so glad I did. I left with a verdict of not guilty on the DUI charge which is what I was hoping for. So, to anyone reading this: give him a call! He offers free consultations and his fee is very reasonable. I know I will be referring him to anyone that asks me who my lawyer was.

Ten Out of Ten! Fantastic Job!

From the Moment I met with him for a consultation he went above and beyond to make sure i had all the information possible. I originally had a public defender but felt she wasn't treating my case like she would her paid clients. I hadn't even retained David yet and he was giving me as much informatio...n and legal advice as he possible could. He explained to me the things to look for in a good lawyer even if i didn't hire him. That proved to me off the bat that he had my best interest in mind. I was faced with with what seemed like an impossible situation of 3 charges of grand larceny. As a poor english speaker (I had my Kids translate this for me) and little knowledge of the legal system I hadn't known my rights when I was given my summons at the store. Being a Legal Resident I feared my Immigration status could be in jeopardy. Once knowing this, David made that his priority. That no matter the outcome, he got me off to where Id still be allowed to live in the same country as my husband and two kids. There wasn't once throughout the process when i felt he didn't have time to get back to me or answer any of my questions. He made sure to let me know all the possible outcomes. Im very happy with my experience with David and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing legal advice. The numerous positive reviews about him on this site don't lie!

Top Attorny in Northern Va

David assisted me when I was wrongfully charged with brandishing a firearm. I called David's office on a Saturday and received a return phone call with an hour. David assisted me in every way possible and made sure my mind was at rest being that my career was on the line. David is very thorough and g...oes above and beyond what you would ever expect. Needless to say, I was found not guilty of the charge and I can't express how well David assisted me and took on this case full force. I recommend anyone seeking an attorney to consult with David. He is beyond reasonable and more than fair. I will definitely use him in the future if the need arises.

GENIUS !!! HE PULLS OFF THE IMPOSSIBLE!!! AMAZING!!!

STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING. IF YOU NEED AN ATTORNEY - THIS IS YOUR GUY!!! LOOK NO FURTHER - TRUST ME!! My case was a speeding case. Like many who stumbled upon David's website for a good attorney to help you through this, a part of you still just doesn't know. Put that thought to rest righ...t now. I thought for sure, I was going to jail. Nope. Didn't even step foot into one - all thanks to David! David not only answered ALL of my questions - he never got frustrated with me about the emails I have sent. haha I may have sent him a few haha. He was always patient - always kind and when you meet him - he has this way about him to put you at ease when everything else about you is freaking out. I was literally shaking waiting outside the courtroom. He put me at ease and calmed me down. What David did was nothing short of him being a genius, and what I like most about hims is that HE REALLY DOES CARE ABOUT YOU. He REALLY does. After being charged with a list of offenses including driving under the influence, David Dischley provided me with the best possible representation I could have hoped for.
