Excellent Attorney

I hired Mr. David Dischley as my attorney. He is a Responsive and extremely professional attorney. He knows how to win in the court. He worked as a prosecutor before in the court. Is hard to find a lawyer that has been a prosecutor before in the Court. This is a privilege and a plus to consider for... your case. He has experience in the Local Courts. This aspect of deciding on the right attorney is one that is often overlooked, but local connections and relationships can go a long way when fighting a criminal charge. You have to consider if your case goes to trial you want an attorney with trial experience and David Dischley has all those experiences. He works very hard for his clients and pays you all the attention you need for your legal case. You don't feel alone because he is there fighting for you! I would Highly recommend his firm!!! He is reliable, compassionate, and very knowledgeable and great for what he does. If you want to achieve the best possible results in the court you are in the right place! He is the most competent and rare Lawyer you will ever meet. Excellent gentlemen and aggressive lawyer. He delivers results and with him you are in a good hand. Saved My Life

Imagine: 2 DUI’s in 2 years, (for a total of 3), and 2 DIP’s while on probation for aforementioned DUI’s. Outlook= not good. I was sentenced to jail time and license suspension for 3 years, however, Mr. Dischley advised me to appeal the judgement, which I did. Thanks to Covid and my probation violati...ons, the proceedings were drawn out over a 2 year period. I had to appear in 2 different county courts multiple times, and his partner, Attorney Patrick O’Brien, also represented me in court a few times. Long story short, I only ended up having to pay a relatively small fine. Basically, Mr. Dischley and his team are miracle workers, and my family and I will be eternally grateful.

Phenomenal attorney

Mr. Dischley represented me in what turned out to be an extremely drawn out, tough DUI case. He worked with me every step of the way and made sure I was aware of all possible outcomes and consequences. He truly was amazing and did everything he could to make sure I received the best outcome. Mr. Disc...hley came recommended by a friend and I could not be more thankful I decided to hire him to represent me. His entire team including Nicole were exceptional at keeping me up to date with any changes in the case as well as following up after each time we were in court to make sure I understood what took place and what the next step would be. Overall Mr. Dischley was phenomenal and I hope I am never in a position to need representation again but Mr. Dischley will be my first choice. Thank you for all of your hard work, dedication, and time in what I know was a very unusual and difficult situation.

The Best Lawyer Possible to Handle Anything

The Dischley Law Firm, in particular the managing partner, really helped me get through a difficult situation. I do not now where I would be if it were not for his incredible insight, guidance, responsiveness, and legal jurisprudence. He was able to negotiate my outcome before it went to the courts..., and I could not be more grateful for steering my case in the right direction. Helped me get back on my feet. Best Lawyer I Could’ve Asked For

For a person in my early-30s who’s never gotten in legal trouble before, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Mr. Dischley to hire as my lawyer. I got a .15 BAC DWI after I broke up with my girlfriend at the bar and ended up driving home when I originally had planned to stay at her place. Not... knowing anything about what to do, I hopped on this website, found Mr. Dischley and liked his reviews, so put in for a consultation. He called me almost immediately and answered all the burning questions someone in my position would have. Throughout the process it was amazing how accessible he was, usually texting or calling back within minutes of me reaching out. Even after my representation was technically over, he still would text and email me back about follow-up questions/guidance even over a year after the fact. Stand-up guy and someone great to have in your corner when you need it most.
