A Superb Lawyer and a Superb Advocate

Lawyering is an art form. It is as much about changing people's lives for the better as it is about availing wins in the courtroom. Having known David both as a lawyer and a person for many years now, I can unabatedly attest to his abilities in both being an advocate and a friend. He is a lawyer's la...wyer - one of the few gentleman lawyers left standing. There are hundreds of lawyers. Few have attained his level of skill and acumen as a Counselor at Law.

Reckless driving

I recently got pulled over for speeding. I wasn’t in a hurry I just wasn’t paying attention. The speed limit dropped from 55 to 45 I was was going 62 so automatically was reckless driving I haven’t had a traffic violation in 15 years. After mentioning the ticket to a friend of mine who recently had ...a reckless driving ticket he told me to get an attorney especially since I have commercial insurance they might drop me. I know David personally and his reputation is impeccable. After one quick call he took care of everything . Ultimately getting it dropped with an online class . His whole team is awesome they kept me informed and got it all worked out. I can’t thank you guys enough.

A true Advocate

This is the 2nd time David represented my in a DUI/DWI case. He was compassionate and understanding to the circumstances of this 2nd incident. Most importantly, he WOULD NOT STOP fighting for a lighter sentence with the prosecuting attorney (PA). He went to the PA at least three times before the c...ourt session began on the day of my case. The PA was unwilling to budge on a 1st DUI conviction. But then when the PA saw me in court, everything that David said about me and the "tragic" event that brought me to court, the PA was able to finally "see" and knew David was championing for a just resolution. Just before the court session was to begin, the PA asked for "'5 minutes" so that they (David and the PA) could speak -- for a fourth time -- this time, David secured for me the lighter judgement. I will always be grateful. David is not only a skilled lawyer but a true advocate

Professional and reliable

I felt at ease working with David and his team. He was professional, direct, reliable and would fight to the end to make sure his clients receives the best outcome. Even during the pandemic, David and his team was able to remind in contact and provide quick updates as things were always changing. In ...the end, I was able to have my case dropped and was grateful to have David and his team to represent me and guide through these these difficult times.
