I retained David Dischley because he was very responsive and attentive to a time sensitive DUI/Driver's License situation. Positive Reckless Driving Consultation

I received a call from David within a half hour of contacting his office. I wanted to receive a second opinion on advice that was given to me from a separate lawyer that I already paid to work with. Despite having no vested interest in my case, David Dischley gave me his undivided attention to discus...s my circumstances. DUI charge dropped

David is a true professional and very easy to talk to like friend. With much diligence he was able to push my hearing to further analyze my situation and get me the best results. Could not be happier

We hired Dave to represent our teenage son for a traffic violation. He was knowledgeable and consultative from the very start, and extremely low pressure. He even offered complimentary advice in case we wanted to save the lawyer fees and represent ourselves. We decided to hire him for peace of mind a...nd are glad that we did. He provided my son with a series of pre-trial actions that he could take to improve the outcome. In court, he was very familiar with the judge, prosecutor and state trooper who wrote the ticket. He argued very effectively on my son's behalf and the judge agreed to drop the charge.
