The man with a plan! Very professional and knowledgeable!

I take my ethics and profession very seriously, and I hold my self accountable for mistakes I make. After googling for a lawyer, I found the Dishley law firm and was attractive by his military service as well as knowledge within the first responder community. David called me within hours of me conta...cting his firm, and was respectful, attentive, and straight-forward with his ability to assist me. Needless to say, after him representing, a common mistake which could have potentially hurt my career, ended up being a regular traffic violation. David is a USMC veteran and is knowledgeable in my field. His rapport with his colleagues, judges, and prosecutors is a proven representation on why he is the lawyer for you! David and his staff ( the firm) were respectful, punctual, prepared, understanding, patient, knowledgeable, and most of all, THEY WILL FIGHT FOR YOU! You can put your faith and trust in the Dischley law firm to represent you. They have resources and partnerships with improvement programs to ensure not only you rectify your mistakes, but you learn from your wrongs and improve on minimizing the repetition of those mistakes. I am amazed by the integrity, timeliness, professionalism, and the dedication to serve from this firm and I would choose them again and again and again! A Phenomenal Attorney, A Better Person

In what could be your darkest time, you want both a warrior and a confidante-- in David you will find both. He is incredibly wise, not just of the law, but of life. He is never judgmental, willing to think outside the box, and truly compassionate. I spoke to several attorneys, but from the get go, ...I knew David was different, and I was right. My spouse and I got caught up in a huge misunderstanding that resulted in felony criminal charges. We both had tremendous stakes professionally and personally, and the entire incident was incredibly stressful and frightening. Our situation was especially sensitive, since we were both implicated and he was representing both of us. This led to an interesting dynamic, that David handled flawlessly. We spent months engaging him, and I was frequently in awe of him- not only because he provided superior counsel, but because he provided superior compassion as well. David was always quick to respond, and incredibly patient dealing with both of us. He is a truly kind soul and I was so reassured to have him by our side. He's got a very unique way about him, especially as far as attorneys go; his EQ is unparallel. Despite how many years he's been doing this, he hasn't become desensitized to the angst that his clients are enduring, and he never made us feel like we were simply one of many cases (although Ii knew we were! ). He often endured long intense conversations between me and my spouse with tremendous finesse. In the end, David got the felony charges for both of us dismissed. He single handedly altered the course of our fate, and for that, we are eternally grateful. Although I hope I never need to engage David's services again (!), I feel incredibly blessed to have met him and witness him be a master of his craft! If you want the best by your side, you've found him.

I would rate him 10 stars if i could

I got pulled over for speeding 72/42 then got charged with felony intent to distribute mj in fairfax. I called 3 lawyers before i spoke with Mr. Dischley and 2/3 were so rude and tried to scare me into hiring them. Right when I spoke with David he was genuine, respectful and chill lawyer out of them ...all. He told me this twice " I just treat people the way I want to be treated " and he definitely lives up to that. His rates are also very affordable. Just 5 mins into our phone call he eased my nerves right away and I knew i didn't want to go to court without him by my side. He never promised me anything but he said he's going to try his best to get the best outcome possible. He always explained everything to me very clearly and answered any questions or concern i had. He was also friends with my prosecutor so that definetly helps. Long story short he got me exactly what I wanted, Nolle psrosequi'd (dismissed!!) I can't thank him enough for what he has done for me and hope I don't have to use his service again! I highly recommend him to anybody looking for a amazing lawyer!

Appealed Case- Saved me

I got charged with a 90/55 on I-95 in February of 2017. I went ahead and did all of the requirements my previous lawyer suggested. The judge hammered me with a misdemeanor, fine, and a suspension of license. This was terrible, especially for a young university student. I had an absolute clean record ...as well. She did drop my speed from 90 to 86 which is a huge difference in severity when it comes to reckless cases. I decided to appeal. This was my last shot. Desperate, I did a lot more research for a lawyer and I found David Dischley. Immediately, he assured me that everything will be OK and there is a good possibility to get a result in our favor. I must add his rate is extremely fair especially when comparing it to most lawyers in the area. The choice was obvious. Come court date, the first thing he said to me was "your case is dismissed." Never more had I been so relieved. I had this dark cloud over my head for about 8 months and the worrying dissipated. He negotiated with the officer and prosecutor and convinced them that I did everything to show that I was genuinely sorry for the bad call of judgement that night. Amazing guy and amazing lawyer. Do not hesitate to let this man defend you. Thank you David Dischley, you saved me.

Excellent lawyer and a very nice person

Mr. David handled my case to the highest expectations. He is very professional and was very prepared when we first met. He was able to calm me down and feel good from the point I first talked with him over the phone. He was always very quick to respond to my questions and concerns. He is very knowled...geable. my case was complex due to my work security clearance and my immigration status. And he did all the research to be sure how to keep me out of trouble and what to do so my immigration status doesn´t get affected. I checked with several other lawyers before deciding to get Mr. David´s help, and he was by far the best priced and most knowledgeable lawyer I talked to. I could not be more happy with the help and service I got. Totally recommend him to anyone in need of legal help!
