IF YOU NEED LAWYER, YOU NEED TO GET DAVID

I had a clean record and was charged with a criminal offense in Fairfax, VA that could have done serious damage to my future. Attorney David understood my situation and worked tirelessly to get me the best possible outcome and to prevent a conviction from going on my record. CASE GOT DISMISSED !!! Th...roughout the process it was easy to see that he is highly respected by his peers for his integrity and knowledge. He was courteous, honest, and very pleasant to interact with. He is very reasonably priced as well, which is further is testimony to the fact that he truly believes in what he does and is genuinely dedicated to getting his clients the best possible outcome. Most of all he is very easy person to talk to, down to earth guy. I would recommend everybody to get him if you need any legal help. Trust me you won't be disappointed in addition he always answer your call or text right away even on weekends. Hopefully I wont need any lawyer but incase I do. Quality and friendly

Emailed David in the morning about a speeding ticket. Got a response promptly saying to call him to speak over the phone. After speaking with him, I can see why David has a 10.0 rating on Avvo. He informed me of what my speeding ticket entailed, what the possible outcomes were if I were to go to cour...t and fight the ticket, what the outcomes would be if I paid the fine, and what he would do in my situation. He was not pushy and respected my time. I did not feel rushed with him over the phone and he made sure that I understood everything he told me as well as made sure I didn't have any unanswered question. His rapport was positive and also referenced a similar case he had dealt with a couple months back. Yes, no two cases are the same, but it was nice to hear that he had experience in the same department. He also reiterated how results may vary, and again explained the possible outcomes, and made sure that I understood that. Honest, quality, respectful, and patient. What more could you ask for? Based on this consult, I would consult with him again in the future (although I hope not to).

Attorney in DUI case

I was fortunate enough to be referred to David by an attorney friend of mine. The whole experience was great. David allowed me to contact him after business hours, and he was very thorough in explaining the legal process to my non-lawyer ears. I was also relieved that he took a lot of the stress out... of the process. In the future, I hope to avoid the situation that I was in. Regardless, I wouldn't hesitate to use David again.

Wonderful Representation

I live out of state and received a ticket in VA while on a business trip. David provided me with great representation and was able to negotiate the ticket to a lower level citation. He is professional, thorough and a great communicator. You can't go wrong using David - and he is also a veteran of ...the Marine Corps.

Highly Recommended

I received a citation for Reckless Driving (General) in Arlington, VA and already had a terrible driving record before that. I had just been taken off of driving probation by the DMV when I received the Reckless Driving ticket so I was a bit worried about the possible ramifications I faced. I spok...e to about 8 different attorneys in the area before deciding to go with Mr. Dischley. His credentials more than speak for his ability to get the job done. He was quick to respond every time I reached out to him before the trial date and he explained in great detail every single one of our possible options in dealing with the case. He explained what he thought was the best course of action and made sure that I understood exactly what that would mean for me and made sure that it was the route I wanted to take. He works in the Arlington area quite often I believe so he knew a lot about the judges we would be facing and how they usually handled these types of cases, but I would not hesitate to hire him in other areas as well after the experience I had with him. I highly encourage you to at least give him a call and speak to him regarding your case if you are trying to find a lawyer to represent you.
