Best in town!

I hired David to help me fight a traffic ticket. He arranged a plea agreement with the prosecutor which prevented me from getting any points on my driving record. This was my exact goal. I had a very positive experience working with David. He was highly responsive to all phone calls and emails. He... was very knowledgeable of the system and essentially predicted the outcome of my case during our initial meeting. He was very diligent about emailing me recaps of our meetings and updates on the progress of my case. I would absolutely hire him again!

A Great Attorney, Highly Reccomend

I hired Mr. Dischley as my lawyer a couple months ago on a criminal matter, and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. From the time I hired Mr. Dischley until my scheduled court date there was about a months wait, during this time period he continued to keep me informed/updated and answ...ered any questions I had within 24 hours or less. On top of the fact that Mr. Dischley was very informative and responsive, he is also an exceptional trial lawyer; he sticks to facts and knows exactly what to say at all times. Seeing him work in the court room made me very confident in my decision to have him represent me in my case; on top of that he was successful in winning at trial. All in all Mr. Dischley is a great lawyer who really cares about his work along with his clients, in addition, he has been on both sides of the court room and knows how the process works. He continued to give me insight on my current situation, as well as assist me in making the best decisions possible for my desired outcome. If you ever make a mistake and need help, I highly recommend getting in contact with Mr. Dischley.

David Dischley

Fantastic service, quick turnaround time, and reliability is all I have to say for David Dischley. Got myself in a few struggling situations this past year and David has been there from beginning to end, I am so Glad I went with David’s services, David was able to drop my felony into a misdemeanor re...garding traffic violation charges I was lucky to keep my job and stay out of jail with David’s advice.

A true counselor ! An impressive and dedicated attorney!

Mr. Dischley is one of the most dedicated, honorable individuals I have ever met currently practicing law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is zealous, realistic and knowledgable and serves his clients well. I made several mistakes in my past that could have cost me dearly...Mr. Dischley not on...ly walked me through the issues at hand, but provided a resolution with the court system that allowed me to continue to run my business, keep my family intact, and continue to contribute positively to society! After being charged with a list of offenses including driving under the influence, David Dischley provided me with the best possible representation I could have hoped for. With his prior experience as a law enforcement officer, David understands all sides of the law, and was able to give me unparalle...led advice. His experience in dealing with similar cases was more than evident, and his ability to negotiate with the attorney’s office was exceptional. Despite negotiating a generous offer with the attorney’s office, we ultimately decided to go to trial, and in court, his skills were even more evident.
