Great Lawyer & Person

I went to David with a felony and two misdemeanor charges. At first the prosecutor offered no deal, after David spoke with the prosecutor he was able to get the felony dropped and 30 days in jail. I rejected the deal and David went back again. This time, the felony was dropped and I chose to plead gu...ilty to one misdemeanor to end the ordeal with a suspended jail sentence. I have confidence David would of won the entire case at trial. David went far beyond his job description in defending me as his client. After the court proceeding he told me to wait for him on another floor. A police officer approached me and asked why I was waiting, I told him my lawyer had instructed me to do so. The police officer looked baffled because all I was responsible for was paying court fees, but David wanted to be with me for every step in the legal process - even something as small as this. He is very knowledgeable with the law and he goes far beyond what is asked of his job position. He has tremendous leadership and confidence. I would never use a different lawyer besides David in whatever state he is able to represent within.

Highly recommended

David's experience and knowledge are invaluable and his calm demeaner made me feel more at ease on my court day. Excellent communication and honesty throughout the entire process. I was extremely happy with the outcome which I know wouldn't have happened without him. Worth every penny. Highly recomme...nded.

Amazing attorney

I was involved in a complex driving charge and found David's information on Avvo. From the moment I called him he calmed my nerves as the charge, although not serious, might have affected my future employment. David was able to plea bargain my charge to a simple infraction and fine. From the very sta...rt he kept me informed of what was going on and was able to use his experience to help my case. I definitely recommend David for any criminal/traffic matter you may be involved with.

Reckless Driving Representation

I hired Mr. Dischley to represent my daughter on a Reckless Driving charge due to her speed in Falls Church. We were concerned as her driving record reflected another speeding incident, which could have been charged as Reckless Driving as well. From the outset, Mr. Dischley came across as very pers...onable and made us feel at ease based on his familiarity with the particular court, potential prosecutors and judges, and even police officer who wrote the citation. I found him to be thorough in reviewing and considering every detail of the situation. He provided us excellent advice as to what could be done before court to improve her standing in the eyes of the court. He was successfully able to get her Reckless Driving charge reduced to a speeding charge with a minimal fine. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Dischley responded in a very timely manner in all communications. I have been more than pleased with Mr. Dischley’s representation and would highly recommend him.

Outstanding Attorney and person

I don't know where to start really. After getting a *very* serious reckless driving charge I called David after getting a recommendation from a friend. He was extremely helpful even during the first phone call, anytime I had a question David responded extremely fast,well and with great detail ...he always went above and beyond. He walked me through what would happen and what to expect in my case and gave excellent advice and guidance even when my case was over. He also has great character very honest and genuine. As someone with absolutely zero legal experience he certainly made the whole process a lot less nerve-racking. At the end of the day thanks to his representation my charges were dropped down to improper driving. I could not have been happier with the outcome. I highly recommend David Dischley and will personally use him if I need to in the future.
