Fantastic Representation

We had a situation arise where our young adult was in need of a lawyer because of the actions of another. David was on top of our situation, guiding us through the process and did a superb job representing us. He was quick to respond, available to work through anything that arose in a very timely man...ner. We never felt that we were just another case, but the work and effort he put in was personalized and on point; we never felt that any question we had was trivial or a bother. I cannot say enough good things about David Dischley and his representation of us. I would highly recommend him!

Reckless Driving

David very excellent lawyer, handle my case peofessionally. Always communicate with me about each step of the process. I was very happy with his service. I got my ticket in March an by May it was resolved. On first contact he responded to me within a few hours. He's very expeditious in working to get... your situation resolved. My reckless driving was reduced to failure to obey highway rules without me ever setting foot in a courtroom. His fee is comparable and fair.

Ten Out of Ten! Fantastic Job!

From the Moment I met with him for a consultation he went above and beyond to make sure i had all the information possible. I originally had a public defender but felt she wasn't treating my case like she would her paid clients. I hadn't even retained David yet and he was giving me as much informatio...n and legal advice as he possible could. He explained to me the things to look for in a good lawyer even if i didn't hire him. That proved to me off the bat that he had my best interest in mind. I was faced with with what seemed like an impossible situation of 3 charges of grand larceny. As a poor english speaker (I had my Kids translate this for me) and little knowledge of the legal system I hadn't known my rights when I was given my summons at the store. Being a Legal Resident I feared my Immigration status could be in jeopardy. Once knowing this, David made that his priority. That no matter the outcome, he got me off to where Id still be allowed to live in the same country as my husband and two kids. There wasn't once throughout the process when i felt he didn't have time to get back to me or answer any of my questions. He made sure to let me know all the possible outcomes. Im very happy with my experience with David and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing legal advice. The numerous positive reviews about him on this site don't lie!

Old fashioned values, like honesty, integrity, proficiency, and hard working.

I had a government contracting firm that was competing with the large DoD contractor that I worked for on a government contract create a problem for me as an individual. Dave Dischley did an outstanding job in representing me!!! Way above expectations! Kudos and praises to his professionalism, leg...al excellence and integrity in all he does for his clients! Simply the best you will find.
