Ten Out of Ten! Fantastic Job!

From the Moment I met with him for a consultation he went above and beyond to make sure i had all the information possible. I originally had a public defender but felt she wasn't treating my case like she would her paid clients. I hadn't even retained David yet and he was giving me as much informatio...n and legal advice as he possible could. He explained to me the things to look for in a good lawyer even if i didn't hire him. That proved to me off the bat that he had my best interest in mind. I was faced with with what seemed like an impossible situation of 3 charges of grand larceny. As a poor english speaker (I had my Kids translate this for me) and little knowledge of the legal system I hadn't known my rights when I was given my summons at the store. Being a Legal Resident I feared my Immigration status could be in jeopardy. Once knowing this, David made that his priority. That no matter the outcome, he got me off to where Id still be allowed to live in the same country as my husband and two kids. There wasn't once throughout the process when i felt he didn't have time to get back to me or answer any of my questions. He made sure to let me know all the possible outcomes. Im very happy with my experience with David and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing legal advice. The numerous positive reviews about him on this site don't lie!

Worth Every Penny!!!

I just worked with David Dischley on a Domestic Assault Battery Case. I was wrongfully accused of this charge, just for defending myself. I had a lot of thoughts going through my mind. I was terrified that I would be charged with something I didn't do. I called and spoke with quite a few lawyers but ...none of them were a good fit for me. The moment I called David, I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and experience with working on this kind of case. Even better he use to be in the military and I needed someone who knew how the military operated. He made me feel so comfortable over the phone that I was ready to hire him after 10 minutes of just speaking with him. Something in the tone of his voice said how passionate he was about the law and helping me out. His confidence was great and he was able to assure me that he could help. From the moment I hired him he got right down to work on my case. He even extended his services for me. Whenever I had any questions he was right there. He always emailed me back or called right away. I honestly didn't worry to much about my case with him being my lawyer. David was persistent and kept calling the prosecutor on my case to get the charges dropped. The case did not end up going to court, they were dropped. However, I do honestly believe it was because I had him in my corner. David went to court with me and was always on time. My husbands lawyer is a big bully and David did not once back down. We were always on the same page. It was nice to hear him say don't worry about anything and to know he had my back. I strongly suggest hiring David Dischley if your looking for someone who will go above and beyond for you. I feel like he set such a high standard that any lawyer I work with in the future will not be able to compare.

Thorough and Reliable

I had a first offense DUI with BAC .15, needless to say I was nervous and stressed. I had spoken to 2 other lawyers before Attorney Dischley. After explaining my situation to him, I immediately felt relief and at ease. He explained, in detail, the worst case scenario and what he was able to do for me.... On the day of the court date, he met with me beforehand and explained what his plan was before speaking to the prosecutor. Attorney Dischley was able to lower my BAC to .14 and no jail time, which was mandatory for a .15. That was good enough for me. He was willing to go to trial if I was not worried about jail time, but he informed me that there was a slim chance of winning. I decided to take the initial deal. I appreciated that he laid all possible possibilities, which enabled me to make the best informed decision.

Reckless driving 90 To 55 go to regular speed ticket

I was in a bad situation I was looking at a 90in a 55reckless driving charge on my car I was really scared but I did my research for awhile and came to the conclusion that Mr. David Dischley was indeed the best attorney to hire for these types of situations, He talked to both the prosecutor and t...he trooper and found a flaw in their case and was able to reduce it to a speeding ticket! Reckless Driving Ticket in Fairfax

David represented me on a reckless driving charge, 93/55. David was fantastic throughout the whole ordeal, was honest and straightforward about the possible outcomes and everything I would need to do to have a better result in court. I got a fair offer in court and I'm satisfied with the results.
