Professional

I hired mr. Dischley to defend me in court on some traffic violations in Arlington, It was no easy case. And he handled very good. I was very pleased with the results of the case. He's very professional and experienced.. I strongly recommend his work. Again thank you me mr. Dischley for representing ...me. And get me off those charges..

Best in the area

I was looking at some hefty jailtime and felony charge I stressed several time how important it was that it not intervene with my career and not going to jail he made sure that did not happen. I am very thankful that he was able to reduce my charge to misdemeanor. It was a small court in a rural area... where I felt I didn't have much of a chance but thankfully with David's help I was able to come out with less then I was expecting. He is very professional and to the point he does not sugarcoat your situations he will be very honest on what's to come but do everything he can to keep you calm and assure you of what he thinks he can accomplish. I am currently dealing with him on another situation to help gain money taken from me. Even though the case is over he has still awsnered questions and been quick to respond he is a great attorney. I couldn't ask for anymore and he was quick to make sure after the case that I was satisfied with my outcome he genuinely seemed to care about what my feelings were after it was all over. He deserves 5 starts if I could rate higher I would. Thanks again for all your help David! Also would like to note when I consulted with David I had already seen previous lawyers and paid quite large sum of money with no real answers to my case David gave me alot of insight in what was to come free of charge this a really stand up attorney not asking for consultation fees but providing me with real answers with the amount of stress on my shoulders! I say hire him dont look any further.

Reckless Driving - 50/25

David was awesome through this entire process. I received a reckless driving ticket for 50 mph in a 25 mph zone. I ended up with a minor speeding offense ticket for $75. David was very accommodating and guided me through this whole process. I am new to the D.C. Area, so having him to turn to for advi...se was very helpful and never stressful. He is also significantly more affordable than the other attorneys I called and spoke with and he was by far the most helpful and friendliest. The biggest plus for hiring David for me was the amount of time he saved me from the courts. If I decided to represent myself, I would have had to take two FULL days off of work based on how crowded the courts were. He represented me for my first hearing when I couldn't make it due to a family matter and on my court date I was in and out in 45 minutes and at work by 10:30am. This is what makes David worth it. You have confidence in his representation and hiring him saves you immense amounts of time and money (two things I couldn't afford to lose). Overall, I'm extremely happy with the result and the entire process. Thanks again David!
