A Truly Exceptional Attorney

Finding myself in the position of the defendant in a criminal case was among the more stressful situations I have had to deal with. There are so many unknowns and so much is at stake. This is obviously why it is so important to choose the right attorney, and with so many highly rated attorneys to cho...ose from it only adds to the difficulty and stress. I had researched and contacted several of these top rated attorneys. They all seemed to be competent at what they do, but the only one who really stood out from the crowd to me was David Dischley. As opposed to the other attorneys that I had reached out to, Mr. Dischley struck me as not only having the knowledge, experience, and drive I was seeking but he was also down to earth, easy to communicate with, and did not hesitate to commit to my case. Throughout the entire process it was clear that he took a genuine interest in my defense. He put the time and effort into combing through every detail of my case, and was prepared for virtually every possible angle the prosecution might have tried to use against me. He made sure to keep me up to date with any new information, and provided me with professional advice when I needed it. I was also pleasantly surprised at how quickly he responded to every inquiry that I had made. His answers were thorough and well thought out. He never tried to evade or dance around a question. Furthermore, he ensured that I fully understood everything that we discussed. There were no miscommunications. My primary concern when choosing an attorney was to find someone who was able and willing to provide me with a premium service. Needless to say I was expecting to pay quite a premium price. With that being said, I was pleased to discover how reasonable he was with his fees. David Dischley proved himself to be a very professional and proficient defense attorney. I am completely satisfied with his services and the outcome of my case. He lived up to my expectations in every way. Not only would I recommend his services to others, but I if I ever find myself in another unfortunate situation in need of a criminal defense attorney I will be seeking his counsel again myself.

Reckless driving Case

I will definitely recommend Mr David Dischley to others. He was very patient in answering all the questions and explaining the problem and the solution, both. As his client, i am very satisfied with his hard work and dedication he puts in to the case. He helped in avoiding the jail term for me and th...at's what I wanted for my case. He discusses the steps he would take in the court room before the session starts and he is very polite gentleman. If required, I will definitely hire him again

Amazing Lawyer

I got a ticket for making a turn out of a one way street, after talking to a few lawyers I was unhappy because they all sounded like Robots and then I found David Dischleys phone online and called him he was very nice and explained everything to me on the phone. Today was the Court date and I was... beyond happy to find out that he not only kept his promises put exceeded and I got away with zero points. I hope that I will not need a Lawyer ever again but if I did there is only one lawyer that I will call and that is David Joseph Dischley.

What an amazing experience!

What a surprisingly comforting experience. I just finished a phone conversation with Mr. Dischley. It was a free consultation about a ticket I received for "Failing to maintain full time and attention" in Arlington, VA. I had been advised by a friend that this was a criminal offence that could inv...olve a fine and possibly jail time. So, I was worried that I would have to engage an attorney. Mr. Dischley listened intently to my concerns and to my recounting of the incident. He advised about his experiences with similar cases and provided a thorough assessment of possible outcomes at the court. I was thoroughly impressed that I had reached the right guy to handle my case when the most remarkable and expected thing happened. He told me that, based upon his hearing of the incident, he thought that: (1) I was in minimal jeopardy of any jail time; (2) that I would probably be assessed a small fine; and (3) as a consequence, he could not, in good conscience recommend that I incur the expense of hiring him to represent me. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!!! I left the call with a great sense of relief but, more importantly, with a renewed hope about honesty and integrity. I am grateful to Mr. Dischley for his wise and comforting consultation AND for beating back my normal cynicism. Thank you sir.

A Great Attorney, Highly Reccomend

I hired Mr. Dischley as my lawyer a couple months ago on a criminal matter, and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. From the time I hired Mr. Dischley until my scheduled court date there was about a months wait, during this time period he continued to keep me informed/updated and answ...ered any questions I had within 24 hours or less. On top of the fact that Mr. Dischley was very informative and responsive, he is also an exceptional trial lawyer; he sticks to facts and knows exactly what to say at all times. Seeing him work in the court room made me very confident in my decision to have him represent me in my case; on top of that he was successful in winning at trial. All in all Mr. Dischley is a great lawyer who really cares about his work along with his clients, in addition, he has been on both sides of the court room and knows how the process works. He continued to give me insight on my current situation, as well as assist me in making the best decisions possible for my desired outcome. If you ever make a mistake and need help, I highly recommend getting in contact with Mr. Dischley.
