A Truly Exceptional Attorney

Finding myself in the position of the defendant in a criminal case was among the more stressful situations I have had to deal with. There are so many unknowns and so much is at stake. This is obviously why it is so important to choose the right attorney, and with so many highly rated attorneys to cho...ose from it only adds to the difficulty and stress. I had researched and contacted several of these top rated attorneys. They all seemed to be competent at what they do, but the only one who really stood out from the crowd to me was David Dischley. As opposed to the other attorneys that I had reached out to, Mr. Dischley struck me as not only having the knowledge, experience, and drive I was seeking but he was also down to earth, easy to communicate with, and did not hesitate to commit to my case. Throughout the entire process it was clear that he took a genuine interest in my defense. He put the time and effort into combing through every detail of my case, and was prepared for virtually every possible angle the prosecution might have tried to use against me. He made sure to keep me up to date with any new information, and provided me with professional advice when I needed it. I was also pleasantly surprised at how quickly he responded to every inquiry that I had made. His answers were thorough and well thought out. He never tried to evade or dance around a question. Furthermore, he ensured that I fully understood everything that we discussed. There were no miscommunications. My primary concern when choosing an attorney was to find someone who was able and willing to provide me with a premium service. Needless to say I was expecting to pay quite a premium price. With that being said, I was pleased to discover how reasonable he was with his fees. David Dischley proved himself to be a very professional and proficient defense attorney. I am completely satisfied with his services and the outcome of my case. He lived up to my expectations in every way. Not only would I recommend his services to others, but I if I ever find myself in another unfortunate situation in need of a criminal defense attorney I will be seeking his counsel again myself.

A highly experienced and dedicated attorney

Mr. David Dischley is an exceptionally superb lawyer. He was extremely focused on our case and went above and beyond to take care of it. He knows the court system and the processes. He sticks to facts and is extremely dedicated and hard-working. He is very kind, easy-going, and a considerate per...son. We found him very inspiring and he is a role model for society. We were truly honored to be represented by him. I will highly recommend Mr. David Dischley.

A Great Attorney, Highly Reccomend

I hired Mr. Dischley as my lawyer a couple months ago on a criminal matter, and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. From the time I hired Mr. Dischley until my scheduled court date there was about a months wait, during this time period he continued to keep me informed/updated and answ...ered any questions I had within 24 hours or less. On top of the fact that Mr. Dischley was very informative and responsive, he is also an exceptional trial lawyer; he sticks to facts and knows exactly what to say at all times. Seeing him work in the court room made me very confident in my decision to have him represent me in my case; on top of that he was successful in winning at trial. All in all Mr. Dischley is a great lawyer who really cares about his work along with his clients, in addition, he has been on both sides of the court room and knows how the process works. He continued to give me insight on my current situation, as well as assist me in making the best decisions possible for my desired outcome. If you ever make a mistake and need help, I highly recommend getting in contact with Mr. Dischley.

A superb lawyer who truly cares about his clients. - An unconditional recommendation.

After being charged with a list of offenses including driving under the influence, David Dischley provided me with the best possible representation I could have hoped for. With his prior experience as a law enforcement officer, David understands all sides of the law, and was able to give me unparalle...led advice. His experience in dealing with similar cases was more than evident, and his ability to negotiate with the attorney’s office was exceptional. Despite negotiating a generous offer with the attorney’s office, we ultimately decided to go to trial, and in court, his skills were even more evident. I couldn’t be more grateful for his representation. But more than the terrific outcome that he was able to secure for me, I truly felt that he cared for my wellbeing. Best of the Best!

I was arrested and had no idea what I was going to do or what my options were going to be. I knew that my charges were serious and would greatly impact my future for years to come. After my first conversation with Mr. Dischley I knew right away there was no need to find any other council and hired hi...m on the spot. He is extremely knowledgeable about the law and broke down what my options were. Not only did he work up a great defense but also had multiple back ups in case there were twists and turns during court. He handled my case with the utmost professionalism all along while being a great confidant. Every time I called him with questions or concerns he always got back to me promptly with detailed responses and always went above and beyond my expectations with great council on what I should do next. Besides being a great lawyer he is also a wonderful person who genuinely cares about what happens to his clients, not only in court but in life as well. Because of Mr. Dischley's talent, professionalism, knowledge, compassion and true dedication to me I'm happy to say that I have a second chance on achieving my life long goals. There are a lot of good lawyers out there but I'm truly blessed to have been represented by the BEST! Thank you David.
