Awesome!

Best attorney I've hired. Best price for my case, and believe me, I shopped around and had other attorneys trying to charge me double what David did. Very professional, and you feel like he's your best friend after a first meeting. I mean, he's just a great guy and a great attorney. He kept in co...nstant contact with me on my case, and answered my calls, returned my calls on time, emailed me when needed, and just exceptional communication. My case was dismissed because he knew what he was doing, and would not settle for less for me--considering a prosecution that had a lost case, but wanted to try and get me for something! I could go on, but I think I've said enough :) Hire him and he will give you 110% and you won't regret it.

Top Tier

I hired David to handle a reckless driving case. David is a top tier counselor. I passed on other larger firms to take and hired David and boy am I glad I did! He was by far the most enthusiastic, caring, approachable and sensitive to my concerns and feelings. He walked me through my situation multip...le times and explained I would be exonerated--which is exactly the outcome he achieved. Ultimately, I plead guilty to speeding, paid a nominal fine, and the reckless charges were dismissed thanks to his great negotiating. I cannot recommend David highly enough. Other lawyers were pessimistic about my case. David got it done.

Excellent Lawyer

David is an outstanding attorney. He really cares about his clients and does his absolute best to achieve a great outcome. I had an accident on the interstate because of bad weather conditions and was charged with reckless driving. When I contacted him he gave me a very thorough understanding about h...ow the court system worked and what kind of outcomes I might have. From the moment I spoke to David he looked into my case. He did research on past accidents on that same highway I was on and was able to obtain proof on how dangerous the conditions were that not just me but many other people had accidents on that highway for similar reasons. Because of his hard work my case was dismissed. I could have not asked for a better outcome. I highly recommend him and will definitely ask for his assistance if I may need to in the future.

Best Lawyer!!

David was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very easy to get in touch with and represented me so that I did not have to take time off work to attend my hearing. We decided on our goal for the outcome of my reckless speeding ticket and he did not give up until he achieved it! I can't say enoug...h good things about my experience with David. HIGHLY recommend!

Great Help for free

I called Mr. Dischley, his wife was at the hospital but he answered the phone and took the time to assist me, he did not know me and I am not his client and he did not ask for a penny in retune of his help but he gave an advise solved all my problems.
