Reckless Driving - 50/25

David was awesome through this entire process. I received a reckless driving ticket for 50 mph in a 25 mph zone. I ended up with a minor speeding offense ticket for $75. David was very accommodating and guided me through this whole process. I am new to the D.C. Area, so having him to turn to for advi...se was very helpful and never stressful. He is also significantly more affordable than the other attorneys I called and spoke with and he was by far the most helpful and friendliest. The biggest plus for hiring David for me was the amount of time he saved me from the courts. If I decided to represent myself, I would have had to take two FULL days off of work based on how crowded the courts were. He represented me for my first hearing when I couldn't make it due to a family matter and on my court date I was in and out in 45 minutes and at work by 10:30am. This is what makes David worth it. You have confidence in his representation and hiring him saves you immense amounts of time and money (two things I couldn't afford to lose). Overall, I'm extremely happy with the result and the entire process. Thanks again David!

Reckless driving

I highly recommend David for his excellent service. He was able to get my 97/70 Reckless driving charge down to just a improper driving with no points on my license. I couldn't be any more happier with the outcome. He's the real deal

Very Grateful

David was recommended to me by a colleague for a charge that was completely ridiculous. He was very helpful in explaining the process and what I needed to do and what information to provide. He was very reassuring. The charge was dismissed and he assisted me with the expungement process to have th...e charge removed from my record.

Excellent, down to earth lawyer

I was charged with a DUI in October of 2016. When I reached out to David, we called me within 24 hours. He went over the process, gave me his preliminary opinion of my case, and answered any questions I had. This was even before I hired him! After hiring David, he took care of everything leading up... to the court date, kept me updated with any developments, and always answered any questions I had early the next morning through email. We met once to go over evidence and decide how to proceed ( go to trial, or not). At the courthouse, David had another case before mine, and it went long, overlapping with my scheduled time. He expertly juggled both cases until the first one was resolve. He thought on his feet, constantly monitored the many facets of my case, and reacted quickly when they changed. He looked comfortable in the courtroom and even changed tactics mid-trial to my benefit. My case ended up being dismissed.

Best representation ever!!

I consulted with Mr. Dischley about my case and just a few minutes into our conversation i immediately decided to go with his representation. Through out the whole wait period of my case he kept me informed on what was going on with my case. He demonstrated a great deal of dedication towards my case ...and myself. When my court date arrived he showed a lot of care and kept going back and forth with the prosecutor to work out the best deal he could get. Sure enough i was not disappointed with the outcome but rather extremely happy. One of my best choices i made in my life for a while. So if anyone is ever looking for someone amazing for legal representation, look no further David Dischey is your man!
