Highly recommended

David's experience and knowledge are invaluable and his calm demeaner made me feel more at ease on my court day. Excellent communication and honesty throughout the entire process. I was extremely happy with the outcome which I know wouldn't have happened without him. Worth every penny. Highly recomme...nded.

Outstanding Attorney and person

I don't know where to start really. After getting a *very* serious reckless driving charge I called David after getting a recommendation from a friend. He was extremely helpful even during the first phone call, anytime I had a question David responded extremely fast,well and with great detail ...he always went above and beyond. He walked me through what would happen and what to expect in my case and gave excellent advice and guidance even when my case was over. He also has great character very honest and genuine. As someone with absolutely zero legal experience he certainly made the whole process a lot less nerve-racking. At the end of the day thanks to his representation my charges were dropped down to improper driving. I could not have been happier with the outcome. I highly recommend David Dischley and will personally use him if I need to in the future.

A Truly Exceptional Attorney

Finding myself in the position of the defendant in a criminal case was among the more stressful situations I have had to deal with. There are so many unknowns and so much is at stake. This is obviously why it is so important to choose the right attorney, and with so many highly rated attorneys to cho...ose from it only adds to the difficulty and stress. I had researched and contacted several of these top rated attorneys. They all seemed to be competent at what they do, but the only one who really stood out from the crowd to me was David Dischley. As opposed to the other attorneys that I had reached out to, Mr. Dischley struck me as not only having the knowledge, experience, and drive I was seeking but he was also down to earth, easy to communicate with, and did not hesitate to commit to my case. Throughout the entire process it was clear that he took a genuine interest in my defense. He put the time and effort into combing through every detail of my case, and was prepared for virtually every possible angle the prosecution might have tried to use against me. He made sure to keep me up to date with any new information, and provided me with professional advice when I needed it. I was also pleasantly surprised at how quickly he responded to every inquiry that I had made. His answers were thorough and well thought out. He never tried to evade or dance around a question. Furthermore, he ensured that I fully understood everything that we discussed. There were no miscommunications. My primary concern when choosing an attorney was to find someone who was able and willing to provide me with a premium service. Needless to say I was expecting to pay quite a premium price. With that being said, I was pleased to discover how reasonable he was with his fees. David Dischley proved himself to be a very professional and proficient defense attorney. I am completely satisfied with his services and the outcome of my case. He lived up to my expectations in every way. Not only would I recommend his services to others, but I if I ever find myself in another unfortunate situation in need of a criminal defense attorney I will be seeking his counsel again myself.

Above and Beyond!

If you are looking at this website for a good lawyer I think David's credentials speak for them-self. If that is not enough to convince you that he is on his game, then just read the endless reviews he has received. I contacted David when my friend and I were faced with a very difficult situatio...n that involved 3 pending charges (misdemeanor DUI, misdemeanor refusal to blow, and FELONY hit and run). Like you, I used this website to find a list of 8 or so different "top ten" lawyers to contact and talk about my situation. After contacting 3 of the 8 lawyers and getting the same response from each of them (which was: "your situation is to difficult and confusing for me to handle"), I finally called David. Right off the bat David went above and beyond what any typical lawyer would offer you in terms of service (especially considering the fact that I had not retained him yet). Prior to even discussing cost, David gave me an in depth run down as to what the outcomes of my situation could be. He also gave me his advice as to how to handle the situation moving forward (he even mentioned that I needed to find a lawyer that I am comfortable with, not pressuring me to retain him in any way what so ever). Upon retaining him as my lawyer he immediately got to work by dissecting the evidence and trying to find any possible holes in the prosecutions case. Over the three month lapse between the time of the incident and the court date, David was constantly available (nights, weekends, and even on the night of his birthday). He was available via email, phone, and text. Anytime I had a question he would respond within a few hours (unheard of with most lawyers). Being a former prosecutor himself, David not only has the experience, but more importantly, he has developed relationships with all of the prosecutors and judges in Arlington County. This goes a very long way when it comes to negotiating plea deals. Long story short, on the day of court David was able to get 2 out of the 3 charges dropped COMPLETELY. Ended up being charged with the DUI and received 10 days in jail with 1 yr probation and a restricted license (NOT SUSPENDED). This outcome was far beyond what we were hoping for. At a minimum we were anticipating 30 days in jail, suspended license, several years of probation, and at best a felony hit and run being dropped to a misdemeanor. Needless to say, David knocked this one out of the park. If you are looking for the BEST lawyer in Arlington... look no further my friend.

Amazing Lawyer

I got a ticket for making a turn out of a one way street, after talking to a few lawyers I was unhappy because they all sounded like Robots and then I found David Dischleys phone online and called him he was very nice and explained everything to me on the phone. Today was the Court date and I was... beyond happy to find out that he not only kept his promises put exceeded and I got away with zero points. I hope that I will not need a Lawyer ever again but if I did there is only one lawyer that I will call and that is David Joseph Dischley.
