Couldn’t Be More Satisfied!

I received a Reckless Driving summons (95 in a 55) in Fairfax, VA. This is a serious charge in VA, a class one misdemeanor carrying potential jail time and a maximum $2500 fine. I contacted a number of lawyers, but found my conversation with Mr. Dischley to be the most helpful and comforting. ... He walked me through all of the possible outcomes, and remained optimistic while also tempering my expectations. He also reccomended that I take a number of actions before my court date to ensure the best outcome. This, paired with David’s experience as a prosecutor in the past made me confident he was right for the job. I can't express how important having that experience on the opposite side of a case was. On the day of my summons, I was able to get a plea deal, reducing my charge to just a speeding ticket. Thank you for your help, David!

Reckless Speeding Reduced

I got a reckless speeding ticket in VA driving 80 in a 55 driving on Dulles Toll Road (Rte. 267). David Dischley and his team successfully got this ticket reduced down to a normal speeding ticket 64 in a 55. David and his team were always quick to respond to email/calls. David was professional, knowl...edgable, and efficient. I followed the advice he gave me prior to the trial and the ticket got reduced significantly without me having to appear in court on the date of the trial. 10/10, I would recommend David to a friend or would reach out to David again if in need of legal consultation for driving/traffic issue.

Great representation

Mr. Dischley represented our son on DUI and drug possession charges, and subsequently on a violation of probation, and did a wonderful job. On the violation charge, Mr. Dischley successfully argued for no incarceration time and no fine. He demonstrated tremendous patience and kindness to both our son... and to us, and was at all times timely and conscientious in his responses to our many questions. Possession Charge Dropped!

I would definitely suggest that you hire David as an attorney! From the moment I called their firm, everyone I talked to was very humble, informative, and encouraging. PLEASE HIRE DAVID!

The great attorney I've hired. David was awesome through this entire process. I received a reckless driving ticket for 91 mph in a 55 mph zone. David was advising me to do a homework sheet to meet his expectation in order to negotiate with the prosecutor to reduce the charge. I ended up receiving... the speeding violation ticket! 91 on 55 got amended to 85 on 55 due to speed calibration being off in our car. And not even a misdemeanor for 30 over 55! No reckless driving! No criminal offense! Just a speeding violation ticket because I did 39 hours of community service, which really impressed the prosecutor! Result: I only paid a pretty low fine. I am out of the wood! I am so relieved! Please hire David for the reckless driving!!
