Ben Lambert, President of 360 Business Law America (us.; ) a law firm operating in 70+ countires, is a results-oriented, business-minded transactional lawyer practicing primarily in Business, Corporate, Commercial and Contract Law, with additional practices in International Law and Intellectual Property (copyright, trademark and licensing). 360 Business Law America, is part of 360 Law Group which has been named to The Times Top 200 UK Law Firms in 2020 and 2021.

Ben has a wide range of contacts and unique experiences, both personal and professional, that he brings to each situation for every client. As part of his practice, Ben sometimes serves as interim/consulting in-house counsel for organizations. Recently, he served as Interim General Counsel for a legal technology startup, assisting with various corporate, technology and intellectual property matters, as well as contract negotiations. Prior to starting his own law practice, he worked as in-house attorney for Lexvia, Inc. a legal support and management consulting firm with offices in New York and India.

Ben has significant international experience and enjoys the opportunity to work in the international arena whenever possible. He has lived and worked in Argentina, England, India, Burma, Vietnam and France in both the legal and business communities.  As such he has a unique understanding of both the legal and business needs of such organizations. He has been active in the American Bar Association Section of International Law and the NY State Bar Association International Section.
