Without a doubt, no if's, and's or but's, Ms. Haller is not near the best, or one of the best, but is without a doubt THE BEST lawyer in the Washington DC area. She took our case in November of 2010, and helped define the Virginia and Metropolitan area laws regarding employee/employer/sub-contracto...rs in Virginia. She took a case in which our company was being bombarded by the local media and made this case go away, and won for us and for our industry a great victory. Any person/firm who does not use Julia Zsuzsa as their attorney of choice is not getting the best attorney. In addition Ms. Haller's fees are very reasonable, plus she is an absolute delight to deal with. I can not say enough good things about Ms. Haller. Seldom am I this effusive in my praise, but in this particular case, Ms. Haller more than deserves it.

Upon receipt of suit alleging significant over-reach by the Plaintiff, Ms. Haller was able to successfully settle the suit at a reasonable cost. Throughout the litigation she held together a coalition of defendants whose interests were only partly aligned, negotiating a global settlement of all alle...gations. She managed to not only effectively settle the suit, but, equally important, effectively manage our expectations throughout the process. Further, she ably dealt with a continually changing level of lack of effective communication by Plaintiff, appropriately pushing back as the Plaintiff delayed, ensuring our rights were protected through her use and knowledge of civil procedure, and litigation management process. Though litigation is never an enjoyable process, Ms. Haller brought a friendly and professional demeanor to the process to ensure our company's culture of customer first, integrity and fun-at-work was supported despite the circumstances.
