liberty life class action suit

Mr. Barton and his team brought dignity and respect for veterans who became disabled through their service by bringing suit against Liberty Life for off-setting VA benefits, per contract with a civilian employer. Much gratitude and appreciation for their hard work .

The LaBow case

Joe came to our rescue almost 5 years ago when our company went bankrupt and we needed to carry on our action against a bad pension fund investment manager. I sat with Joe for a two week federal trial and come to appreciate his preparedness, his professionalism and his ability to think on his feet....
