An honestly spoken Review of the "Gwendolyn L. Smith Lawfirm"...Where do I begin...:) The Gwendolyn L. Smith Lawfirm takes on what NO OTHER Attorneys will because she actually enjoys a challenge and that's what a "Real Attorney" does. After intensly searching and having multiple consultations with ...other Attorneys across the country and close to home here in North Carolina, Gwendolyn L. Smith took my case on. Within just a few short months of retaining her, she attended to a Federal Court hearing on my behalf. This particular hearing was beyond the terms of our agreed upon and signed contract for her lawfirm. Let me add.. "She is an EXQUISITE Attorney that definitely shines when it's her time to fight for her clients"....& that's because she believes in The Law. Justice and her duties as a Federal Attorney. She also believes in her clients to the highest degree. Gwendolyn L. Smith has always answered & returned every phone call or email within the same day, even when she's in court proceedings for other clients or even when she's swamped with appeals or other heavily weighted expectations she has to complete. Gwendolyn L. Smith tackles an array of tough subjects that other Attorneys seem to advertise, but when contacted, they tell you "Oh, it's just too difficult to deal with & this kind of case and it takes too long to end up getting nowhere, or we're not taking on anymore cases right now"! People living in these politically corrupted times will find it more & more difficult to find such an Attorney that handles herself in such a professionally beautiful & well mannered way....& who knows what the laws are and takes them on like no other. These are the reasons I've personally referred others that are looking for a "Real Federal Attorney", an Attorney that's willing to work for the Justice we seek as American's & the Justice she took an Oath for & wholeheartedly believes in. The Gwendolyn L. Smith Lawfirm will face the demons that "we the clients" weren't able to tackle on our own and she'll fight the good fight until the end. Very pleased

Mrs. Smith is very knowlegeable and very warm which is a plus since sometimes lawyers van be a little cut and dry. She communicates well and kee ps you updated on your case. She responds promptly and clearly to any queries.
