About Farral

Farral Haber earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, cum laude, and graduated as valedictorian from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Florida. She earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law.

 

 

While in law school, Ms. Haber was a teaching assistant for both Appellate Advocacy and Legal Research and Writing. She served as an Executive Articles Editor for the University of Florida’s Journal of Law and Public Policy. Ms. Haber received the Book Award in Trial Practice and honors in Appellate Advocacy and Legal Research and Writing. As a Certified Legal Intern for the Criminal Clinic at the office of the State Attorney, Ms. Haber represented the State during motions, hearings, and jury trials.

 

Prior to joining Price Benowitz as an Associate in Washington, D.C., Ms. Haber served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida handling general misdemeanors and DUIs. Ms. Haber is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Florida.

I had a very favorable experience with Farral, her prompt and efficient handling of my case really impressed me. She let me know all of my options and what we could do get the best outcome. She expertly negotiated with other lawyers to get me the best possible outcome. When dealing with big firms, sometimes you feel like a number. Not with her. Excellent with phones calls or returning them, prompt response to emails with very clear directions etc. I highly recommend this Lawyer.

Most lawyers you find now and days only want you for your money and to get you in and out. Ms.Haber is not that at all she honestly really cares about your situation and life concerns, she is willing to listen to you and be able to work with you depending on your situation and most importantly care for you. She did her best on my case when she represented me in the court of law and I was satisfied with the verdict. Ms. Haber also follows up on you in an extremely great timely fashion even if you aren't yourself, not only is she great on that but her staff as well. If there is anyone I would recommend to a friend or family member I would with Ms.Haber.
