If, for some unfortunate reason, you find yourself in trouble and legal process ensues after a DUI or other issue --> Mr. Wellington is the lawyer you want! He has experience and knows all the ropes in the DC Court. He handled my case so well and quickly. Even on the final court date, when I forgot... to show up (NOT Advised! Not at all!! But good faith mistake, I had a law school class presentation, and had completely forgot!) K. Lawson was there early, and when he didn't see me, he spoke to the Gov't and the Judge on my behalf and handled everything. My case was dismissed. Thanks again! So, whatever your case is, I know Mr. Wellington will take special care of every client. 5 Stars ⭐️ Highly recommend

D.C. DUI Laws, and recent punishment changes.

I consulted with Mr. Robinson about what level of alcohol in the system will be a violation of law, and its consequences. Apparently, the laws were changed recently, 4 years ago and now the punishment may be harsher. Its always advisable to have a knowledgeable lawyer represent you.
