The Best!

I cannot recommend Wellington highly enough. He is professional, highly-competent, understanding, well-connected and fair. On two separate occasions, he has proven himself to be exceptional at his job, and has saved me from potentially grave situations. I not only count him as a great lawyer, but now... as a friend. Great Attorney

Mr. Wellington is a great DUI lawyer with a lot of integrity. If you are charged with a DUI in the Maryland or DC area this guy will not steer you wrong.
