I cannot recommend Mr. Curly and his secretary Ms. Ferris enough!
Going through one of life's most difficult and unexpected times, Mr. Curly was there to listen, guide, and make that process as fluid as possible. I am thankful for his knowledge and understanding of the law, as well as his compassion for families and children. As a fellow professional, I must tell you, he has that touch of compassion and expertise that is exactly what everyone is looking for. Do not hesitate in retaining this expert and his team!

Mr Curley was quick to answer all of my questions regarding my child support case. His responses were informative and helpful. I felt that he had my best interests in mind, while also making sure I understood the law and kept my expectations reasonable. Also, the fee for this service was very reasonable. Mr. Curley represented me in my divorce. As you can imagine it was stressful to deal with. However, Mr. Curley and his secretary were so wonderful to work with that in all it was a great experience. Ed was recommended to me by several people; including other attorneys! This was so important to me; especially being a new resident in the state of Delaware. Going through a divorce is not pleasant, but Ed's calm demeanor served to take much of the "sting" out of the process. He thoroughly explained every step along the way and patiently answered my many questions promptly; always getting back to me in a timely manner. I was given good advice and felt confident that he served me well. I definitely hired the right attorney for the job and would highly recommend him to others seeking a divorce.

I've read the other reviews, and every one is on point. Ed is an excellent family, child custody, marriage and prenuptial attorney. The best. So, what can I add? Here you go. He was there for me during all of those things - unfortunately some more than once... We don't get to pick our family... and we don't always make good choices... Not the prenup - can't help you there. Here's the thing I can add: Ed was there for me for EVERY TIME I needed a friend that was a lawyer - or the other way around... Personal real estate, when my family in North Carolina was losing their family farm, when something medically really bad happened to me and my husband, when something really bad happened to my daughter and years later a damn federal agent showed up wanting a witness statement... Seriously, who can be prepared for this stuff? Hopefully things like this never happen to you or your family, but if they do; trust me, you really need someone that is thoughtful and has the disposition, experience and temperment help you through these times.
