My daughter got caught up in a serious situation as a mother it is extremely hard to put your faith into someone else fighting for your child and I trusted Mr. Funk and I am so glad I did . He guided us and was there for us and he truly believed in everything he was doing which made it easier for us to get through. I got my second DUI right before summer. Mr. Funk was the first lawyer I contacted and knew immediately following the consultation he was the best choice. He assured me that he would help me through this and most importantly he would get me out of the jail time I could have been faced with. I COULD NOT GO TO JAIL! When I was at the DMV to get my temporary license the guy working said I had the best lawyer in Dover. I didn't know this at the time but now I agree with him 100%. Once my court date came around I was charged with Reckless Driving Alcohol Related, instead of a DUI. Though it's not something to be proud I am thankful Mr. Funk. He is personable and very helpful during this difficult time. The first time I ever had charges in my life I was certain my future was taken from me. I had 3+ felony Drug Dealing charges at that.. Looking around online for a lawyer and consulting with them all in my area, something about Mr.Funk and his team gravitated him to me as the guy that would rescue me and keep my future BRIGHT! Mr. Funk was undoubtedly presented with a very unusual case when he took me on as a client, as any other lawyer surely would’ve ushered me out the door of their office after they heard my story! He reviewed the case and all of its oddities and told me what steps we needed to take. He was confident after reviewing the medical documentation/evidence that was gained over the 5 months, that we would have a relatively strong case against the charges. The charges were very serious.
