I was going through a rough time and needed help with finances. Mr Eaby and staff were patient with me and helped me out and explained everything to me so I understood it. Now I got a chance to start over.

I have worked all my life and have always been able to pay my bills. An unexpected hospital stay caused me to get behind and not be able to catch up. Brad and his staff helped talk me through how bankruptcy could help me. In the end, I decided to file and it has given me the relief I needed to start over.

Moving from my childhood home in New Jersey was hard for me but Brad helped me every step of the way with my real estate settlement. We wanted to get into our new house before Christmas and I know without Brad and his staff, we probably wouldn't have been able to.

Went to Mr. Eaby to file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. He spent hours with us exploring our options. He was very patient with us. My wife and I ended up being able to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy and eliminating our debts. We will be forever grateful to Mr. Eaby and his staff. We feel like we can have hope again.

In retrospect my earlier negative review of Brad Eaby was excessive. My bankruptcy has been satisfactorily completed and I appreciate the work Mr. Eaby performed.

As rated by his peers, Brad Eaby doesn't have much legal knowledge but feels entitled to charge $300 per hour for his work.
I'm extremely disappointed in the work he's done for me (a chapter 13 petition has taken him almost 2 years to complete) and very upset that he changed his fee structure and demanded an additional $2,300 to be paid to him in advance and prior to filing the petition.
