Michael Modica resolved a mixed bag of charges for me in family court, court of common pleas and superior court. Hands down best experience with a lawyer in my lifetime. He has helped me put my life back together as I had many issues in the past. I feel more confident because I can now move on and mo...ve forward. Mr. Modica did not charge a lot of money. I feel like another lawyer may have charged me at least three times for all the things he was able to accomplish. He got every case dismissed and officially processed in a manner so timely it’s a wonder how it was possible. I can go on for days about Michael Modica but let me speak from experience and say he is professional, kind, compassionate and just top notch. After reading some of his bio I understand why he has been selected to try cases at the state Supreme Court level. I feel like he’s got what it takes to be a Supreme Court Justice, state or federal. In essence, if you want the best in a situation that is very serious, Mr. Modica is the best choice.

5 stars do not do justice to what Mr Modica can provide. My case was a out of state DUI, as I live in another state and got DUI in Delaware with one of the highest BAC level, even his honorable judge was shocked to see the BAC level. My case was really strong with very solid state evidence, and also ...had so many other factors, enough to get me behind the bars. From the time I consulted Mr Modica I kind of liked him. He did not promise something to please me or to gain my trust as other lawyer tried to do, and that is one of the main reasons I decided to hire Mr Modica. I know I have made correct decision but still had lot of anxiety. From the day when I was pulled over for DUI till my first court date I imagined myself in jail and visualized it millions of times, and was kind of sure I will not be able to avoid jail time. Mr Modica saved my life, future, career and much more. He was so confident and still very humble. It is just because of Mr. Michael Modica I got best results of my case with minimum penalties and I could not have asked for anything more. After reading so many reviews of lawyers, trying to pick the one that would give us the best counsel, we hired Mr. Modica. From the first phone call, Mr. Modica was calm and professional. I got into big trouble, and was unfortunately charged two felonies and one domestic violence . One of them is mandatory three year prison time if convicted. Before I met Mr. Modica, I consulted with a couple of other attorneys. Every time I cried badly afterwards. I was told my charges were very seri...ous and I was under the impression that I should plea guilty for a less serious charge if I was fortunate enough to be offered one. The word of “guilty”hit me hard. I didn’t do anything wrong. Why should I plea guilty? And I believe it will get me somewhere some time in the future.
