I honestly can not say enough good things about Mike Modica. Unfortunately, my teenage son made a few bad decisions, recently. I contacted Mr. Modica, after finding his information on line. After speaking with him over the phone, I immediately knew that I was making the right choice with him, and... was confident that he would be able to resolve the issue in a way that would not affect my son's long term future. And, I was definitely right! He never made any "guarantees" but he was always comforting and made it very clear that he would do everything legally possible to ensure the "best possible" end result; which is exactly what he did. He quickly resolved the situation in a way that still allowed my son to realize that he needed to make better choices in the future but that he would still be able to have a bright future with nothing on his record to hinder his future. Mr. Modica was always very attentive and responded very promptly through the entire process. I never felt that we were "just another client". I really could not have asked for a better end result and although I hope to never need him in the future, I would definitely not hesitate for a second to reach out to him, if the need ever arises again.
