Ms. Reynolds does not like to represent certain clients, which is her prerogative; however, she basically robbed us of the $400 consultation fee. She requested documentation several weeks before but gave us the excuse that her assistant failed to print them out. She was completely unprepared! If ...she was prepared she could have spared us the $400 fee, by being honest and upfront beforehand. She was so disrespectful and shaming. We would have went elsewhere. I’m disgusted. Please go elsewhere unless you want to be judged, shamed and out of money. I agree with every other negative post. No response necessary Ms. Reynolds. Please spare me any more insult.
