Grateful for a new beginning

I'm so glad I called Dana's office. I know I would not have had the outcome I did if I went with any other lawyer for my divorce. Dana took so much time with me and called me when she knew I was struggling through the important decisions. Dana is not only very intelligent in her knowledge of the l...aw, but she also has empathy and this combination is a unique character trait, and was never taken for granted by me. I have great respect for Dana and her entire team - they are the most professional and courteous people to have on your side. Thank you for all of your hard work on my behalf Dana.

Awesome Divorce Attorney

Dana is the best attorney in the state. She is very effective and genuine. Dana and her staff treated me like family. If, u need a divorce attorney without a doubt she's the best. Divorce in the time of Corona

Dana and her team are simply amazing. I used her services for my divorce. Though the situation is inherently frustrating and stressful, many times it did not feel that way because the team handled everything. Dana is an excellent communicator, timely, understanding, and very knowledgeable. Not a great experience

I only had my consultation but basically she spoke as if she was representing the other party. Completely made me feel helpless and alone. I wasted 400$ that could have gone to my child. I had to inform her of some DE laws. Don’t waste your money.

Dear Jen, I am so sorry that you felt this way during or otherwise after a one hour consultation. I do wish you had addressed your concerns with me directly during the consultation or soon after it so I could have had an opportunity to address it directly with you in a timely and non-public manner. I know it is very hard to hear legal advice, especially when it is not in your favor, and I always try to make people feel at ease, respected, and feel that they have been heard and are receiving proper legal advice regarding their rights, responsibilities, and the way the Court might see a dispute under existing law. I am not quite sure what you mean by having to inform me of "some DE laws", but sometimes an attorney cannot properly advise a client during a one hour consultation about law outside of his/her practice area or which would need further research. Please understand that legal advice is rendered during a consultation based only on the facts discussed during that consultation. I wish you the best of luck, success and health in your future and hope you can find an attorney that is a better fit for you.

Best in Delaware

I recently felt like I needed a new attorney for my custody case that had become extremely complicated. I needed someone that was not only known and respected in the courthouse, but someone that had the ability to be aggressive about my position, and understanding to my specific situation. Dana re...presented me in several related cases including an expungment and domestic violence. She knowledgeable, passionate and genuinely evolved. I felt I formed and superbly advised at all times. My results could not have been better with anyone else, and the client/lawyer relationship is certainly one that I'd trade with any other attorney.
