Michele has been practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate and asset protection for over ten years. Michele brings expertise, patience, guidance and dedication to each client. Her decade of experience ranges from the small town practice of law to corporate trustee work, where she assisted in trust administration for high net wealth individuals, celebrities, entrepreneurs, and ten of the 100 Wealthiest Americans per Forbes magazine. She now focuses on helping families protect their assets and their loved ones through the use of Wills, Trusts, and asset protection techniques.

The daughter of a nurse and a stone mason, Michele is a Delaware native and has resided in the Pike Creek area for most of her life. She attended Thomas McKean High School, where she was a member of the swim team and Editor-In-Cheif of the school newspaper. She carried her love of writing to the University of Delaware, where she was an English Journalism major and a member of the National English Honor's Society, Sigma Tau Delta. In keeping with her knack for all things literary, Michele then attended Villanova Unviersity School of Law, where she immediately discovered enjoyment in classes geared to Wills, Trusts and Estates.

Prior to joining Estate and Elder Law Services, Michele owned her own practice for over five years, where she counseled over three hundred families through the often tough decisions related to Estate Planning. She is very well regarded by her clients and her peers.

When not working, Michele enjoys spending time at the beach with her family, preferably with a book and cup of coffee.

I can highly recommend Michele Muldoon for estate planning and setting up a trust. During a crunch time when many folks are scrambling to establish trusts before the expected enactment of less favorable tax laws, Michele was effective, efficient, articulate and empathetic in setting up my trust. Michele listened carefully to understand my intent and goals. She was thorough and empathetic in guiding me to consider scenarios and issues which I had not contemplated. She was clear and articulate in explaining the meaning and necessity of the provisions of the trust. After drafting, Michele was insightful in taking me through my steps to fund the trust. She also provided a clear outline of the duties and tasks of the trustee, and how they relate with the role of the trust protector. I highly recommend Michele. I will be referring my family, friends and neighbors to her.

Attorney Muldoon helped saved my parents life savings when my dad was headed to a nursing home for Alzheimer's care. She is very knowledgeable and kind. She made sure all of our questions were answered and guided us through a very difficult time.

I was fortunate to have Michele's assistance in settling my mother's estate. She seamlessly guided me through the year long process by providing sound advice and thoughtful, strategic planning for dealing with the estate beneficiaries. When a dispute arose among the beneficiaries, Michele patiently addressed all of their concerns and settled the issue quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend her.

Michele helped us greatly with our estate planning. We have 2 little girls, one with a disability and Michele was very helpful with meeting our needs. She was very patient explaining everything to us, and incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend Michele to anyone in need of estate planning.
