Your case will be very personal to me. Despite the state's evidence against you, within the law, I'll fight your case your way. Contact me today at for a FREE initial consultation.
All too often, I hear stories from clients about working with a criminal defense lawyer who is impossible to reach, never responds and never returns calls. Whether they are too busy or do not care enough to give personal attention, I believe there is no excuse.
My approach is different: I will not take your case unless I can devote my full attention to it. If I am unable to provide you with the dedicated defense you deserve, I will not take it.
Over the course of my career, I have developed extensive trial experience and have the know-how it takes to effectively fight for my clients. I started practicing criminal law in 1974 as a prosecutor in the Attorney General's office in Kent County, before working for the Public Defender's office in 1976. In 1980, I went in to private general practice, focusing on personal injury and family law.
I returned to the public sector in 1983 as Chief Deputy Attorney General for Kent County. Appeared pro hac vice, I have represented criminal clients in foreign jurisdictions, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
In my 41 years practicing law, I have represented thousands of clients, taken hundreds of cases to trial and achieved successful outcomes for many clients. As both a prosecutor and a defense attorney, I have worked on cases involving every criminal charge under the Delaware statutes, ranging from capital murder to drug possession and speeding tickets.
Whatever criminal charges you face, I am ready to help you today. From drug charges, such as marijuana possession and cocaine possession, to DUI / Drunk Driving and traffic violations, and other felony or misdemeanors, I help Delaware clients from all walks of life. I can help you too.
