As a client of Andrea's for a possession of paraphernalia charge, I was very pleased with the interaction between her and myself as well as the overall outcome. Andrea was great from start to finish. She was responsive and informative, keeping in touch from step to step ensuring that I was informed of what was going on and what was to happen next. She communicates clearly and quickly, returning calls practically immediately. Andrea also takes the time to answer all of your questions, explaining everything thoroughly and reiterating on it to make sure all of your concerns were covered. Highly recommended.

Andrea Mertz is a great attorney! This was my first time dealing with the court system, and Andrea was there for me every step of the way. She has a lot of knowledge of the law, and knows a lot of key people in Berks county. I had many questions for her during the entire process and she answered them promptly and provided detailed answers. I felt like Andrea was really committed to my case and to me.

I selected Andrea based on other client experiences to assist my son with a THC DUI case. Andrea was as advertised, thorough and professional. My sons case became a bit more complicated as a result of a juvenile prior, rather than throwing in the towel and accepting the ADA's ARD denial Andrea listened to the circumstances surrounding the incident and felt there was enough merit in the case to write a letter and request further consideration form the DA knowing there was uncertainty of any change in outcome. Bottom line is, Andrea said, "we must try" and in our situation it was effective, and for that as a concerned parent I was grateful to Andrea as well as the DA.

Andrea called several times to make sure she had all of the facts. She was early for the court date and was well prepared to defend me. She is very nice and easy to talk to, I am very happy with the results and would recommend her to anyone.

Andrea was great all around and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a respectable and responsible defense attorney. I told her the story and she got right on the case. She kept me posted on every update and there was a multitude of ways to communicate to her when I needed to reach her. I was in real need of a good lawyer for my firearm case, because my first lawyer was MIA. When I find Andrea from the first time I was very confident of her honesty and knowledge. She did remarkable presentation in the court and she delivers above and beyond. Extremely comfortable to work with and highly professional to boot. The overall process was effortless on my part and allowed me peace of mind. She was very flexible, responsive and patient. She was also helpful in guiding and advising me in an area that I was totally unfamiliar with. She negotiated a deal and managed to drop the charges from Felony to 3rd degree misdemeanor. Andrea was by far the best person to represent me for my unemployment hearing. She went above and beyond her duty as an attorney to collect information for my case as well as doing whatever it took for her to represent me the right way. I would highly recommend her for any type of case. She is very easy to work with and to talk to and she actually cares about you as person and not just as her client.
