Andrea was very professional with her line of work. She always made sure you were informed with any information you needed to receive, very organized, and very trustworthy. Hiring her was the best decision I could have made because coming into all this court stuff, I had no idea what to expect or what was going on but thanks to her she clarified everything in terms I could process. If you need an attorney, she is definitely the one I would recommend. To top it all off too, she is very nice. :)

I hired Andrea to represent me in a first time DUI offense. She did a great job for me. She was compassionate, realistic, and extremely knowledgeable of my situation. It was such difficult time in my life and Andrea made it hopeful. My advice to anyone in a similar situation is not to go through it alone....there is too much at stake. I felt very confident in my choice of Andrea, grateful for her expertise, and would highly recommend her.

I was convicted of a felony years ago and I was just recently charged with reckless endangerment and terroristic threats following and incident where a teenager almost hit me because she was texting and not paying attention. Ms. Mertz was able to get me ARD rather than go through a trial. I am very grateful for everything she was able to do for me. She was always available for any questions or concerns I had. Hopefully I will never have to hire an attorney ever again, but if I do it will be Ms. Mertz.

I found Andrea Mertz on this site. Previous reviews on Avvo are the reason I contacted her. I could not have been more pleased by the services provided by Ms. Mertz. Her knowledge and experience in and out of the courtroom was impeccable. She explained everything from start to finish with not only professionalism, she truly cared. She was expeditious in returning calls and emails. The outcome of the case was the best it could have been. She exceeded my expectations. She took the time and patience for all questions I had and I never felt rushed. I do now and will highly recommend Ms Mertz in the future. I could never thank her enough.

Hello, my name is Ken. This year I had very "severe" charges brought against me pertaining to a DUI & other motor vehicle violations that if convicted, I would be looking at jail, fines, loss of license & other negative ramifications that would have negatively affected me financially & personally for a long time.
